The nearly new (built in 2016) home is closed to everything. The single story home features 1,800 SQFT+4B2B, 2 separate offices with fast WIFI and 2-car indoor garage parking. Pet-friendly with a fully-fenced backyard. You will notice our furnishing and fully equipped amenities are specifically selected to fulfill your needs, smart TVs in living and master bedroom, modern fully stocked kitchen. Very close to freeway (3 mins) and Mall, hiking and golf course (8 mins). Whether you’re retired, working remote, or vacationing, enjoy all the amenities the nice home has to offer.

We want to be upfront of what this house can offer and can not offer. A few things to note:
— No BBQ grill is available/usable
— No mailbox services, but you can receive packages if delivered to our door.
— Street parking is prohibited, so you need to park in our garage (2-car spot) and on driveway (another 2-car spot). No remote garage opener is provided; you have to close the garage using its control panel inside.
— No oversized RV / trailer / U-hall parking: It is prohibited by the homeowner association to park oversized RV and trailer on our driveway and street

All guests making a reservation agrees to our house rules as follows:

— NO SMOKING: We have a very strict no-smoking policy (strictly no use of cannabis, e-cigarettes, tobacco, or anything alike). Any traces of smoking inside the property will result in a penalty of $1,000.

— PUT TRASH IN BAG: Unbagged trash is extremely hard to take out and will be subject to extra cleaning fee of $100.

— NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: Maximal number of guests allowed is 8, with additional fees added from 6 guests. $500 fine against the rule. Cops will be called and legal actions will be taken if you host an event or throw a party at our property. Groups of visitors and party size visitors are not allowed. Please ask for approval if you have visitors, and fees for additional guests will apply.

— QUIET HOURS: 8pm and 8 am. Keep outside noise low during this time and please move conversations inside. The home is located in a family neighborhood and only suitable for families, business professionals and quieter groups. Please be respectful of the neighbors. Loud, late night disturbances WILL be fined $1,000 accordingly.

— PET RULES: Max. of 2 pets and service animals ($79 per pet, per stay) are allowed inside the property. $250 per pet fee for any non-disclosed pets brought on property. No pets are allowed in bed. Our yard is fully fenced for your pets to roam, but please do clean up after your pets. All pet waste must be picked up and disposed of. Any trace of pet pollution (from poop, pee, and fur) will be subject to a $200 additional cleaning fee. Any pet damage (to furniture, flooring, walls, etc.), once found, will be subject to replacement or repair costs.

— NO Oversized RV / Trailer / U-hall parking: It is prohibited by the homeowner association to park oversized RV and trailer on our driveway and street.

— DO NOT leave trash bags in the backyard. Leave trash in indoor trash cans or our house's garbage bins.

— Exterior security cameras monitoring in place.

Great Location in Marana 15 miles north of Tucson

House was very comfortable and very clean. Kitchen area is spacious and worked well for all four adults who stayed there. Loved the accessibility to I-10. Marana is a very clean and budding community. Hosts were easy to reach and responsive. We’d stay there again.

I have stayed at many places throughout my visits to Tucson, but this was by far the best! Tiffany and Karen were such a breeze to rent from! Their home is beautiful and the location could not have been better! They were quick to respond when I had a question, and so kind!! Will be staying here next time!

Great Stay In Marana

Enjoyed our stay. Quiet neighborhood, close to the freeway which was a plus for us since we were visiting family in the area. Outlet mall close. House was very clean with everything that we needed. All cabinets and drawers were labeled with their contents.

Last Minute Travels

The hosts for the property were very responsive and gracious in their communications and made my last minute booking seamless. Choosing this home over the "close by" hotel I have booked in the past was the right decision! Open floor plan is always my preference, and this property didn't disappoint on that. Would definitely consider this particular home in the future when traveling to Tucson.

Wedding stay

Are stay in Arizona was a very good time. There were a few things in the house that could maybe be put in place to make life a little more comfortable. Add some dressers or open shelving in the bedrooms. Staying more than three or four days it’s easier to work out of a dresser than a suitcase. The dining table would probably be better off used in place of where the foosball table is for larger groups, but was not an issue a couple of other end tables in the living room would probably help as well to set glasses or dishes down on while watching TV. This is just strictly constructive criticism. Overall, our stay was very comfortable.

Convenient Location, But Room for Improvement

We stayed at this property for its convenient location, which offers easy access to the highway and nearby attractions. However, there are several things to keep in mind if you’re considering booking. The home is situated right next to a main road, and traffic noise is noticeable, especially in the early morning hours. Additionally, the window coverings are sheer, which allows sunlight to flood the rooms as soon as the sun rises. For those who prefer sleeping in or a darker room, this might be an issue. The front room of the house gets quite warm in the summer, and despite the air conditioning, it doesn’t cool down adequately, making it uncomfortable during the day. While the house serves its purpose for a short stay, we felt that a few updates, such as better window coverings and improved cooling in certain areas, would go a long way in making the experience more comfortable. In summary, the location is convenient, but there are some drawbacks that may impact your stay, particularly if you’re sensitive to noise, light, or heat (summer)
