CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the townhome by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash. Trash receptacles are small silver containers on either side of the unit outside the front door. They are designed to not appear obvious so they blend with the décor.
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Please place all used towels in the washer and start it. Please also do the same with dishes in the dishwasher.
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the townhome is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
