Perched over Crescent Beach is this beachfront Penthouse with 180 degree ocean views of the Coastline. Enjoy breakfast or sunset on the expansive balcony! Take advantage of all 5 pools and hot tub, Tiki-Bar, gym-access, and included hot breakfast every morning, or chef it out in the large kitchen. Crescent Beach is known for its curved coastline, and is within walking distance of a quick-mart, shops, and bars.

GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT, SECURITY DEPOSIT, and ID VERIFICATION REQUIRED

All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.

You must be 21 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must be staying in the Home/Condo as well.
Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.

**We do not provide a daily linen service.**

Guests will collect a Key Card from the front desk at Check In time around 4pm.

We provide a starter pack of amenities to our guests as follows, you may need to purchase more of these items during your stay:

Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
This is not a party house.
