Ein Haus, in dem es so viel zu tun gibt: den ganzen Tag über am Lake Travis sonnenbaden, im Obergeschoss ein Deck mit Lautsprechern, um Musik und Sonne zu genießen, und einen wunderschönen Blick auf den See Nachtleben oder eine Fahrt ins Hügelland. Mehrere Restaurants am See, darunter Carlos und Charlies, liegen direkt gegenüber von diesem Haus. Das Cafe Blue ist eine halbe Meile mit dem Auto oder dem Boot vom Haus entfernt. Das berühmte Oasis Restaurant erreichen Sie nach einer kurzen 10-minütigen Fahrt. Waterfront ist wunderschön mit einfachem Zugang zum Wasser und tollem Schwimmen direkt am Dock. Das Angeln vom Steg aus ist gut für Barsch und Wels. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend und eine der besten auf dem See.

Volente liegt 40 km vom Flughafen Austin Bergstrom entfernt. Dieser Ort ist einer der günstigsten in Austin am Lake Travis.

Der Wasserpark Volente liegt 3,2 km entfernt.

Das Bootssteg am Wasser kann zum Schwimmen, Angeln oder zum Anlegen Ihres Bootes genutzt werden. Das Dock verfügt über eine 20 x 30 Sitzecke und zwei freie Bootsscheine. Das Dock ist überdacht und in sehr gutem Zustand.

4th of July

We stayed here over the 4th of July. The location was perfect for watching fireworks from the back deck and the floating dock was perfect to enjoy the lake. The cleanliness of the property could have been better. There were dead bugs and mouse droppings in the house. Overall the stay was great and the house had everything we needed.

Quick Vacation

Great location with all the lake amenities you would ever need. Very relaxing get away! Loved the deck and view. We enjoyed out stay and would go back.

Beautiful remote location

Great location, everything as described. Accommodated 3 couples well, a remote private bedroom downstairs for a single couple, a gameroom for the night owls that kept the main house quiet. Dock has water still, fire pit and speakers throughout the property. Having read previous reviews any small faults brought up were addressed. Only issue was people looking for city night life will have a decent drive to get into town.

Nice location, dog friendly. Cleanliness needs improvement.

Property had great view, check-in was simple, lots to do on the property. Only issue is the cleanliness. My family had to clean the coffee maker and washs a couple of the utensils. They had mold and dead bugs in them.

Rest and Relaxation

We had a great time at this lake house. It was quiet, had beautiful scenery and was very clean and inviting. Being conveniently located near Volente we had plenty to do and see. I would recommend this for any family wanting a nice getaway on Lake Travis.

Great location

We had a great time, the home and property is beautiful!! Kids and dog had a great time. Don’t forget hangers for your clothes, only thing missing for just me, my hubby and boys were fine without :)

Great Lake hang out

The property is a Great Lake hang out. We had a fantastic stay and used every aspect of the property. Erika, the property manager, was very responsive and helpful, which made our stay much easier. The property is well used but clean and suited our casual style gathering. Ideal location and will be back in the future.

Lovely home, great view

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, beds comfortable, A/C great. Had fun on the dock, but it is a long walk down, so plan on staying a while. The game room/garage was fun (but hot in July)! Appreciated quick responses from the owner. We would stay here again.

Amazing view

The house and lake were awesome! Never seen the lake Travis more full and clear! We had a great weekend! Look forward to coming back! The house is a little bit hard to find because it is off the road a ways but is amazing once you get there!

Wonderful location with lots to do

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. The lake was fun as well as the game garage. I would have liked for paper towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner to be provided but we made due. Also, I am not sure what was burned in the fireplace but it still smells very chemical. Overall, wonderful visit and relaxing holiday!

Amazing January Getaway

Although it was brisk, and at times breezy, that did not stop us from enjoying everything this property has to offer. Fish were caught, the boys jumped off the high dock, the fire pit provided warmth for those chilly nights under the stars. The home was fresh, clean, spacious, and very comfortable! We had an excellent weekend! Would love to come back anytime of the year.

Cant get enough!

My family just cant get enough of the lake house! We enjoy our stay every time (this is our 6th booking of this location). The home is always clean and cool when we arrive. The lake is always inviting! And the fish are always biting!! An awesome getaway every time.

Perfect property for views and Access to Lake Travis.

Very comfortable and clean house with excellent views of the lake and surrounding hills. We will definitely be back to rent this summer for a longer period. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Close to the Oasis for sunset dinner/drinks. We rented a pontoon boat for a half day to see more of the lake. The two marinas were only a few miles down the road.

Property has everything

I rented a ski boat and kept it at the house in the slip overnight and all weekend. Plenty of social space, uncovered and covered decks. Great location for tubing and skiing and the surrounding restaurants did not price gouge and had good food. Gas grill is clean and once you figure out the TV remote you have hundreds of channels for the sunburn victims.

What a great property!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lake house. Lots of games for the kids to play and also for the adults. Even though this home is on a slope, there are leveled grassy areas where the kids can play. We also spent some time on the covered boat dock. The pride of ownerships shines through the entire property. Just A class! The owner is also very easy to contact if something comes up during the stay.

Had Fun and Wish the Lake was full again.

Only suggestion was we needed Hot Pads or we could not find them and we also needed extra Blankets which we would have brought if we knew we needed to bring. Too HOT for the Garage but it looked well stocked for fun. Thank you for the Stay.

Awesome lake house

The family wanted to go to Lake Travis instead of Destin this year. The house was great. It had everything we needed to cook meals for the week. The view of the lake is amazing from the back patio deck. The grill on the patio was nice and clean so we enjoyed grilling and sitting on the deck. The kids loved the pool table and ping pong table. The dock was very nice for swimming and fishing off of. The fire pit sitting area was very nice. We enjoyed watching the sun go down with a nice fire and roasting marshmallows. This house was perfect for our vacation. We will definitely be back.

Best time!

Our family had a great time at this house. Erika was great. It was clean and the living room was spacious. The view from the kitchen are what you think of when you plan a lake vacation. The water was perfect! The lake was so clear, we had water to swim, the dock was floating. The walk to the water was mostly paved. It is a trek down and up but that is anywhere you rent on Lake Travis. The separate gameroom was perfect for family that stayed up later. There is the main floor with 2 bedrooms, Living and kitchen area. Then there is a separate room on a lower level that was more private with it's own bathroom. The grounds were nice and felt private. We would very much recommend this property!

Great View, dirty house

A couple of friends had decided to rent a lake house and spend the weekend making memories. We stayed from the 18th to the 21st of April and had a good time. Their were a couple things that kept me from giving this anything above 3 stars. The first was the wifi, it had no connection/service. Second the water pressure of the house, mainly the restrooms, they were poor and lacked maintenance, especially the upstairs restroom. Third, a member of our group located a needle in his bed downstairs as he was preparing for bed! Fourth while we were grilling, we decided to open the umbrella for the shade and inside the top of the umbrella was a dead bird. The cutlery was poor as well. At best this place was a 2.5 out of 5. Game room had the pool table and ping pong table but the ping pong table was old and required maintenance. This place is not worth what was spent.

Beautiful View!

The view from the Lakehouse was absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed our stay but the hike up from the boathouse was quite a workout for several members of our group (the climb is shown as 5 flights of stairs on my iPhone). The bed in the downstairs bedroom needs a new mattress and box spring (very noisy and it tacos), the upstairs bathroom needs to have the toilet paper holder reattached to the wall and the hammock was torn in two pieces so it wasn't usable. We had to make a run to HEB, which wasn't planned, since there was no dishwasher detergent, no body wash/soap in the bath/showers and only one dish towel. Other than the few annoyances noted above, we enjoyed the house and dock.

Could have been cleaner

The property itself is beautiful love the scenery however whoever is in charge of maintaining cleanliness of this home is not doing a good job!. The restrooms were very dirty as well as the other rooms in home. The grill was filthy. The outdoor game room has disgusting couches, spider webs and dust everywhere and no AC. Which is something they highlight when booking with them. Bottom bedroom smells horrible. No towels. The stay could have been more comfortable for my family..
