This was the perfect place for our family vacation. I would give it 12 stars out of 10! The owner was very responsive to our questions. Location was amazing. Home is beautiful, and loved the patio setting for hanging out at the end of the day. Would highly recommend !!

Wonderful stay

Greg was a fantastic host- he was quick to respond and made himself available for any questions we had. The home was beautiful, immaculate and had plenty of room for my family and i. The location was ideal for us. Many restaurants, shopping etc and of course close to the beach. Highly recommend for your next stay in Jax!

This place has everything you can imagine and more. It slept 9 adults and 1 infant perfectly. The location to the beach was fabulous. The game room was fun. The beach items were so convenient. Loved everything about it. We will return!

Place was perfect! Great set up in backyard and the game room in the garage was well used. Plenty of bathrooms and the beds were very comfortable. Greg (the host) was amazing!

We had a great time visiting for Georgia v Florida game. Location was great walking distance to the beach as well. Greg was very easy to reach & helpful. Would def stay here again.

Centralized Location

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Jax beach, this is the home! It is super close to everything you could need in Jax Beach. The host easy to communicate with and the house was amazing. Great place to host family/friends for a weekend with amazing living spaces to include the game room garage, the open space living room and the backyard with the fire pit. Would love to stay here again!

Great spot Jax Beach

We loved our stay on Jax Beach! Awesome house that was well equipped and perfect for our family getaway weekend! The owner was super kind and helpful, making us feel very comfortable. The location was perfect for us and we enjoyed the close proximity to the public beach access.

Wonderful place to stay!

We had a short trip and wanted to stay longer... the house was exactly as pictured and more. Beds were really comfortable, house was very clean, kitchen stocked with everything you need and everything you didn't think you would need, but did. The garage area with ping pong table and couches was the perfect hangout place during a rainy afternoon. We were there with our 2 adult sons and 2 of their friends, so plenty of space for all and we will definitely keep this one at the top of the list for next time!

Family Fun

This was a rare opportunity to get together with our children, their spouses and our grandchildren. We live in three different states (NC, WV, and PA). This was our first experience with VRBO and we were very pleased! The location was excellent. The house was just as nice as the pictures. The host was excellent. He contacted us mid week to see if we needed anything or had any questions. We would definitely recommend this property!

Awesome house!

This place is fantastic! The house is beautiful, super clean, and well-stocked with everything that my family needed for the week. We grilled and cooked in the kitchen for multiple meals, used beach chairs/towels/wagon, and everyone loved the game room. Communication was excellent and had no issues while we were here. Would def stay here again.

Fun Stay

We had a great time, the house was clean and well appointed. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The backyard area was really cute, and a great place to spend the evening, we enjoyed the firepit and comfy patio furniture. We will be back!

Excellent Long Weekend Stay

We were a group of three couples in town for The Players Championship. This was a perfect location for us. The house was well outfitted and we really enjoyed the outdoor space. Host was helpful. We would stay again.

Beautiful House

This house was beautiful inside and out. Exactly like the pictures. Owner was friendly and checked in with us by text when we arrived to make sure we were able to get in with the code, etc. A golf cart rental was offered, which was right on the premises. My adult children enjoyed the ping pong table. We would definately stay there again. Well done Greg!
