Two bedrooms with queen beds are upstairs while the basement holds the laundry area, a large family room and the main bedroom with two twin beds.

Cozy cute home

Host was very welcoming and helpful. We’ve stayed in a lot of homes over the years, but this one was by far the best stocked with various amenities that made our stay very comfortable.

Terrific house!

We truly enjoyed our stay in Old Colorado City! What a beautiful house with room enough for our family of 6! The house was extremely clean and beautiful inside. The neighborhood is so close to lots of hikes and stores. We would recommend this property!!

Home away from Home

The house is in a perfect location, within a few miles of Manitou Springs and skipping distance to Old Colorado City. The host anticipated all of our needs and was very responsive when we had questions. The house was like a home away from home. The street was quiet and I even saw two deer walking down the street one morning. The neighbors are friendly and quiet. This was our first experience renting a house and would do it again based on our stay.

Family trip to Colorado

This house was perfect for our trip to Colorado. My husband and I flew my parents out to CO for their first time and this place couldn’t have have been any better. The location was central to everything we wanted to do, but it was nestled into a quiet little neighborhood. There was a long driveway so we were able to park the car off the road which was nice. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of utensils, pots/pans, and dinnerware. The bathroom was bright and modern. There was a lovely coffee and tea bar. We spent nights in the front porch or in the back yard by the fire place. The layout of the house was open and spacious so we didn’t feel like we were all on top of each other. My family commented multiple times about how perfect this place was for our trip. Communicating with the hosts was simple and fast. They had a fantastic binder on the counter waiting for us with recommendations for local restaurants etc. they had brochures for a lot of local attractions as well. It made our trip so much more enjoyable having a wonderful place like this to call home for the week

Best vacation rental!

This property was everything we could have hoped for! It was centrally located, within 5-15 minutes of almost everything we wanted to do in Colorado Springs, but still in a nice, safe, walkable neighborhood. It’s obvious that a lot of thought went into the planning of this house. The furniture was comfortable, the house was spotless, and there was more than enough room for our family of four to spread out. The host was responsive and super friendly. I just can’t say enough good things about this place. This was by far the best vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in.

This is the cutest most charming home! What a lovely comfortable rental property. It had everything we needed. Great communication from the owners. We were so impressed with this home and Jami. The home was styled lovely, very clean, and Jami really has a gift for hospitality. She had thought of many details and helpful additions that we greatly appreciated, from information and recommendations for sights in the area to pantry and bath items we forgot. This home was perfect for our large family that has a wide age range of children. Check in/out was easy peasy and Jami was a great communicator. Our vacation was awesome. The house and neighborhood were adorable. The accommodations were great with all the amenities you could need. I am a bartender at a well known local sports bar here in Colorado Springs. My spouse travels all over the country for work and our son and I hold down the fort while he's gone. We have 3 children and love hiking, hot springs, our town and surrounding area. I am a native of Colorado Springs so I am always available to answer any questions about the area or recommend good, food, fun and local history.

Our home is newly remodeled and in the best neighborhood in Colorado Springs. I am biased, of course, but we do have the nicest and most caring neighbors. We love the immediate area around our home and spend most of our time off enjoying the many beautiful outdoor attractions only minute away.
