Super stay
Lovely home , met all our needs with 10 family members having a wonderful Vacay! Had beach chairs , beach umbrella and toys for our 3 year old grandsons and boogie board which our teen grandsons enjoyed, there at the house to use! The pool was refreshing for all of us! Plenty of room for everyone - Thank you Change of Pace house was great 😊

Outstanding location for families.
This was our third stay for family gatherings with relatives in Pace. We have all age ranges. This time it was warm enough outside to enjoy the luxury of the heated pool. The house is always spotless. More wonderful memories were made and hope to visit again in the future. Thank you Allison and Chaz.

Spacious family friendly
We enjoyed our short stay here. We would recommend staying here especially if warm to take advantage of backyard! We couldn’t get tv in the one bedroom working. Master bedroom tv worked fine.

Thanksgiving
We stayed here to be close to my brother in Pace who was hosting the holiday. We cooked in one evening and the setup is great. The cleanliness is superb with plenty of towels, laundry supplies, and dishes. We will be back in the spring. This was our second Thanksgiving here.

Wonderful Weekend!
This home is absolutely lovely! We had 5 adults and one 4 yr old. There was plenty of room for all to spread out and relax. It is tastefully decorated and very clean. Beds are extremely comfortable! The pool is well maintained and we thoroughly enjoyed it! There are many toys and safety amenities provided. I have stayed in quite a few VRBO homes and this one is in the top of my list. Allison and Chas are wonderful hosts and know how to make people feel welcome in their home. 5 stars all the way! I highly recommend!

Great place for a family get together
The house was wonderful place for us to stay and visit our daughter and her family. We needed space for the grandparents and an extra room for our grandson to nap and spend the night. There was a high chair, stroller, pack-n-play, toys, beach wagon, beach umbrellas, and beach towels. There was also snacks and water upon arrival, shampoo, conditioner, soap, laundry detergent, garbage bags, dishwasher tablets, paper towels, etc…everything you need for the week. They have truly thought about everything to make you feel at home . Lovely home with large family room, large pool and big backyard with a swing-set! Our only complaint was that the pool could not be heated and it was too cold for our one year old grandson to get in. We inquired about the pool being heated and got the runaround about it, so after our 9 night stay they never got the pool heated for us at all. This however is our only complaint. The house is wonderful, and besides the pool heater issue, everything else was wonderful. They even let us bring in a recliner for the week for someone recovering from surgery. We highly recommend this house and will definitely stay here again if we are visiting again!

My family and I recently stayed at a property that exceeded expectations in many ways. The property was exactly as described in the listing, and I was pleasantly surprised by the accuracy of the description. One thing that stood out during our stay was the excellent communication and responsiveness of the property owner/manager. We encountered a minor issue during our stay, but they were quick to respond and assist us. Their helpful and friendly demeanor made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The property itself was spacious and well-suited for a group of all ages, which was perfect for our needs. It had all the amenities and facilities we needed, and everything was in good working order. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area. The combination of accurate listing descriptions, helpful management, and the overall quality of the property made our stay a memorable one. I will definitely keep this place in mind for future trips to the area and would gladly return. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Truly a Change of Pace
This was our first Vrbo experience and I have only positive comments. The house was great and the pool so refreshing. The house had everything we could ask for. It also had everything that a parent would wish for small children. This house was perfect for a relaxing vacation.

Trip to Florida for a family wedding
When we arrived at this property we were so happy! It was perfect for all of us! Unfortunately, we had to leave the property within just a few hours because one of the bedrooms had bedbugs. The host was so gracious and understanding and we could tell that she felt terrible about it. She refunded us most of our money, VRBO needs to refund us the rest. We were charged for some fees and a cleaning fee when we were only in the home a few hours! We have had bedbugs in our home and spent thousands of dollars to get rid of them, so we were a bit freaked out. The host was great about it though. I would stay at this property again if it was bug free!! Thank you Allison!

Paradise in Pace
This was a lovely home that our family used to stay at while travelling back and forth to our family reunion in the same area. Beautiful house. Plenty of room for my crew of 12. Centrally located to the beaches we wanted to get to. Only a 30 min drive to them. Plenty of places to eat in the area and shop. The hosts were awesome! They had great communication with us. Would definitely recommend and go back

Clean, comfortable and well-stocked
This property was exactly as promised. Well-stocked kitchen, ample towels, and all the paper and cleaning supplies needed for a one month stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool was clean and heated to our comfort. Plenty of resources for leisure and play activity for both adults and children. Comfortable and Cozy
We had a great time. The property was very clean, although there was the faint smell that the previous renters had a dog. Although we all hung out in the living room most of the time, it would have been nice to have a T V in each room.. I would easily recommend using this property when visiting the Pensacola area. We will definitely be using the property again. My niece lost her engagement ring in the bedroom she occupied. They found it and are in the process of mailing to us. Thanks again!!!!
