The newly renovated coastal haven on Tybee Island is a charming retreat and accommodates up to 6 guests, featuring two quaint bedrooms and a wheelchair-friendly bathroom. This eclectic, vibrant cottage has been carefully and lovingly decorated with vintage items, while still feeling like a modern home. When you step outside onto the quiet tree lined residential street, you find yourself just steps away from the beach. Enjoy the convenience of no parking fees or loading up for a day at the beach and walk 7 min., or bike 2 min. and you are there! All the beach gear is available including a wagon, umbrella, chairs, toys, towels, and lotion is provided, so no need to bring anything. After a day of sun and sand, relax on the private patio with seating and dining areas. Or check out the local places within walking distance Calvin's Dawg House Rest., Jaycee Park with bike trail, soccer fields, basketball, playground, grills and pavillions, disc golf, and clubhouse for rent.... The Lighthouse and Battery, North Beach Bar and Grill, The American Legion, and many other restaurants and shops and within walking distance.

The property is accessed by the side door. You will be sent a code for the electronic keypad the morning of your arrival. There is parking for 2 vehicles. Parking is free off-street.

Tybee Island has a "Good Neighbor Policy" which requires quiet hours from 10PM until 7AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors. We respect your privacy and will only come by if we have permission. I am available 24/7 for emergencies: such as lockout, fire, flood, AC issue, violation or injury. Please call 911 as needed, then text and call. Please notify us by text of any other issues or maintenance problems. In the case of a neighbor or police complaint the following protocol will be followed: 1) I will call and text the primary guest to notify you of the complaint. I will only speak with the primary guest. 2) I will come by the property to do a walk-through inspection. I will need to speak with the primary guest at that time. In most cases you will be allowed to stay. If there are any further complaints you will be asked to leave without reimbursement.

GA Hwy 80 E to Tybee Island. Continue on HWY 80E through first traffic light, turn left onto 6th AVE (before 2nd traffic light/ across from The Quarter Bar and Grill/ Lewis Ave). Grace Cottage is located mid-street on the right. It is a green one story cottage, with a black wrought iron fence.
