The Duffer's Drop - 2BR/2BA Condo in Pinehurst

Enjoy your stay at a fully renovated 2BR/2BA condo right across from Pinehurst's historic Fair Barn and Harness Track. Situated on No. 5, a short approach shot from the Pinehurst Clubhouse, the Duffer's Drop has everything you need for your golf getaway.

Relax on the porch overlooking No. 5, work on your culinary skills in the beautiful kitchen, or just catch some rest between rounds. The Duffer's Drop is the exactly what you're looking for!

This condo is perfect for golfers looking for convenient access to the many local courses or visitors to historic Pinehurst and the surrounding Sandhills of North Carolina. We've completed a total renovation with an updated look and new appliances.

The open floor plan, comfortable living room and complete kitchen are ideal for unwinding after a long day on the links or preparing a home cooked meal even on the road.

We offer in-unit laundry, a 75 inch Roku TV in the living room, and sleeping accommodations for up to 5 with a king bed, two twin beds (can be made into a king), and the couch.

Guests have complete access to the entire condo and total privacy for their stay.

The second bedroom can be configured with either two twin beds or one king bed, based upon your needs. The mattresses in that bedroom have either a firm side or a soft side depending on your preference.

Golf trip to Pinehurst

Condo was right around the corner of Resort, very convenient. Great Breakfast restaurant right across the street at horse track restaurant. Condo not far from DD or major restaurants. Watch the Bumblebees on the deck though there are Alot!

This condo is equipped with all of the necessary amenities, and could not be in a better location for anyone looking to enjoy all of the best golf spots in Pinehurst. Would highly recommend for any group of 2-4 looking for a nice Pinehurst getaway.

Great location. Enjoyed the updated interior. Communication and instructions made check in process super easy. If you go to Pinehurst and want an updated/modern condo that is in a central location, this is it.

Great location and property!

My husband and I stayed for a few nights in August. Everything was perfect! Easy to locate. Very well equipped. Fantastic view of the golf course. Eki was great suggesting locating restaurants and pubs. The condo is in a quiet area and was clean, upscale, and a great home away from home!

Visiting Moore County Family

This property had everything we were looking for. Bright, beautiful and recently updated. Nearby the beautiful village of Pinehurst. We are Moore county natives and were in town to see family. It was fun being so close to the horse barns and the village. Great place to stay and the owners were easy to reach and communicate with. Will definitely stay again!

Perfect for our trip

Duffer’s Drop

Amazing condo, beautifully updated and spotlessly clean. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and more. We had a wonderful night whilst in town with my 3 teenage kids who were playing golf at Pinehurst for 2 days. Eki was super responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.
