Pool was not clean

We were not able to use the pool because it wasn't clean and not warm. We were able to contact the manager who said the warm system of the pool wasn't working and the water was clean. The hot tub was ok.

Okay stay

The house easily accommodated our need for five bedrooms. But it could use some work. In one bedroom there is water damage on a wall. Also, in one bathroom there is no hot water in the shower. Other smaller items need attention.

Great Property

Great property and host. This property boasted it all, pool, spa and games that accommodated my family and friends for a Spring Training trip. House was spacious and had all the amenities that we needed. Host was helpful and attentive. Would definitely stay here again.

January getaway

Great house in Central location for all our various day trips. The home accommodated our group of 10 with plenty of room in dining room and living room to enjoy meals, card games, birthday celebration and football playoff game on TV. The outdoor area was also good size and we enjoyed a few days around the fire pit in chilly temps! Our host Daniel was on top of our needs and minor issues and was generous in correcting them. Perfect week in AZ!

The pool house

Its a very nice place to stay and enjoy, but th pool table needs a new set of balls.i think the best thing about the house is rooms and the jacuzzi.it was very fun.

Great house for a golf trip

3 buddies and I were in town for a golf trip. House was great. Hot tub was a nice touch to end the day. No issues at all. We would definitely stay there again.

Needs updating and cleaned

We had some trouble from the beginning. We couldn’t get the code for the home had to wait 40 mins. Then entering the property we noticed it is very dated. There was a strange smell, pool wasn’t heated, stains on comforters, garage door was broke so we couldn’t park in there. This house is more geared to a boys weekend bachelor party. We are a family and left after one day. The owners did offer to bring candles and new comforters. There was no offer of any refund. We should get something back.

Amazing New Year's stay at Glendale VRBO

I have no words for this amazing property . We all loved it , so well kept and spacious. The kitchen has everything marked so no need to search for things. Expresso and coffee machines were available. The grill was in working condition . The owner Daniel was very prompt on all the communications and helped me through the booking and check-in process. Thank you Daniel :-) The hot tub was awesome . The small lights around the house made it look so beautiful. There is a Mexican ice-cream shop close by. Don't miss it . Overall a great stay . Worth the money. We will definitely come back if we are in the Phoenix area.
