Time with family 2024

I try to stay close to my daughter’s home. This house was close. The pictures are not quite accurate and the house seems to be in some sort of update. The deadbolt on the front screen door is missing. Some of the window locks are broken, screens missing. The towels for the bathrooms have been well used. The dishwasher doesn’t work well and the venting on the cooktop only works if the microwave door is open .. If a cleaning crew had been through before we checked in, they forgot to pick up their false eyelashes from the downstairs power room. The master bathroom is lacking any source of a towel bar or hooks, except the 1 on the back of the door and the bathtub was filthy. I reached out to Kaitie on the day of check in to receive the door code, only to be reminded with a healthy list of house rules before receiving the code. I didn’t get a welcome feeling .. The location has the potential to be a great space but in this moment, i found it to be lacking. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your community because it truly has a lot to offer and is close to so much but I will not rent this space again. ~TracyAnn Kurcz

Everything we needed.

We needed a place to call home while we moved our son back to college, Katie’s place was the perfect spot. We enjoyed the pool and perfect Peoria/Glendale location. The upstairs office was perfect for work calls and still be close to family. The house has everything you could possibly need and is well taken care of - we enjoyed our 10 days in a place that felt like home.

Unfortunately we were there for funeral services for a family member but the house provided everything we could have possibly needed for the weekend stay. Clearly we enjoyed the heated pool for our grandkids The house was very clean and the host was excellent A few maintenance issues that we passed on to the host that they were going to address Location was good and we enjoyed local restaurants, pop stroke, fat cats but most of all the grandkids loved the pool !!

Great location

My husband and younger son, along with another family stayed at this great house. My review is based off their comments. Very clean. Pictures accurate. Quiet neighborhood. Great location with easy highway access. While they were a tad nervous being on the golf course, no balls were hit into the backyard while they were enjoying the great pool or watching basketball games on the patio. Golf carts were super quiet and there was not a noise issue related to that. Kids enjoyed the pool as we have never rented a house with a “deep end”. Big kitchen table allowed for game night each night and fit everyone comfortably.

Lovely home

I rented this home for January and February 2024: Location and Home: 5 stars ~ This is a lovely home with a pool and nice backyard area located on a golf course. It is in a quiet, safe community. Restaurants, groceries, and shopping are all close by. (Note: the golf cart path is just on the other side of the fenced backyard and carts drive past. While this did not bother me at all, it might be an issue for others.) Systems: 5 stars ~ All the appliances, as well as the heating/cooling system, worked well. The owner programs the heating/cooling system remotely, setting the agreed upon high and low temperatures. Furnishings: 4 stars ~ The furniture and beds are comfortable (except for the chairs in the kitchen which could use some pads). The kitchen is well furnished, but the cookware is older and worn. Cleanliness & Maintenance: 3 stars ~ The house was surface clean and looked good upon arrival. It could use a deep cleaning inside the kitchen cabinets, pantry, baseboards, and the area rug in the living room. There are a few fairly minor maintenance issues, such as the towel bar in the master bathroom is broken off the wall. Property Owner: 5 stars ~ The property owner was highly responsive to any questions or requests. The owner's communication was excellent.

Beautiful Home

This is a lovely home in a great neighborhood. It’s close to restaurants, golf courses and shopping. I enjoyed my morning walks through the neighborhood. The pool is amazing. We truly enjoyed sitting outside by the pool watching the golfers miss their shots 🙂. This was the second year we stayed here, and we will definitely try to return, again, next year!

Older home but was just as described in a nice neighborhood location close to freeway. We especially loved the work-from-home patio upstairs. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook meals and spend time together.

Great location

We rented the property because of its proximity to the Arrowhead Country Club, where my niece was getting married. Great location, good neighborhood, nice home, easy access to everything, no complaints. Owner gave me permission so that I could host my nieces bridal shower at the home. Can’t thank the owners enough for accommodating us. Luckily the weather was perfect so we could have the event set up outside by the sparkling pool. I also received approval to bring my cat Bob (Instagram @bobthecatadventures). It was his first time using stairs, and it was hysterical.

Thank you for considering our home for your vacation and travel needs. We are PNW transplants who now live in Arizona and hope you enjoy all that Arizona has to offer as much as we do.

Our home is located in Arrowhead Ranch which is a community in the NW corner of the 101 in Glendale, AZ. Located close to main commerce, restaurants and tourist activities such as hiking and Mariners/Padres Spring Training facilities. Lots of local parks for families and pets as well.

Great location if you're looking to explore Arizona as it is about 25 minutes to Scottsdale, West World, Cave Creek and Lake Pleasant. Less than two hours to Flagstaff and Sedona.

If you are coming for sporting events, we are less than five miles from the Mariners/Padres Spring Training facilities, about 15 minutes to the Cardinals (State Farm) Football stadium and 25 minutes to the home of the Waste Management Open.

Easy access to the highway (within 1 mile of home) makes traveling to various Arizona destinations easy from our home.

If you're traveling with kiddos, we understand and have been there! We want this to be as stress free as possible so in our home you will find a pack and play, baby/toddler life jackets, baby gates, electric plug safety measures, toys, books, sippy cups and kids utensils/plates and more.

Traveling with a dog? We have you covered there as well. Our home is dog friendly with a fenced backyard and dog door. We also have a dog bed available as well as dog bowls upon request. *Dogs require registration at time of booking and pet fee*

Arrowhead Country Club is a private course meaning that the golfers coming through are a part of the community and respectful of the homes. Our feedback from guests is that the backyard is much quieter than staying on a public course. If you are looking to golf, our country club is partnered with Legends Golf Course ~5-8 minutes away (public course). You can also find the 500 Club Golf Couse ~8-10 minutes away (public course).

The unique proximity to sports complexes, easy drive to downtown Phoenix/Scottsdale and close proximity to hikiing an dboating makes Arrowhard Oasis the perfect destination for your Arizona experience.
