Beautiful Franklin Home

This property was all that the listing said and more. It is well stocked, extremely clean and comfortable. Host answered immediately with a minor problem. This made our stay for family reunion and wedding wonderful.

Wedding Activities

The host was fantastic. We had various schedule changes and he was always super responsive and very accommodating. The property is perfect. Big rooms and a great social gathering area.

Family wedding

We enjoyed our stay . Kitchen was well equipped for our needs . Beds were comfortable, Everything was clean and fresh . Our only need was we needed extra blankets for the kids who slept on the air mattress and couch in the bonus room . We all loved the shower in the master bath !! We had a very comfortable stay !! Thank you . We loved the painted rock with the scripture from Samuel , knowing the Lord had gone before us❤️🕊️

Perfect Location

We were in town for a conference. Great location for the town of Franklin and the conference. Very Clean and perfect house. This was our second stay in this home. Will stay again.

Weather location of the home was close to downtown Franklin and all the convenience you would expect. The home was very clean and comfortable.

Well Stocked and Easy Transitions

We brought a small group of preteens for a conference in Franklin. The property manager answered all of my questions, accommodated our unique group, and made this stay incredibly easy! The house was perfect! It was fully stocked and met all of our needs for our stay. Thank you!!

Great property

We’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO properties and my wife and I agreed this was the best equipped and appointed property we’ve been to. We were so impressed with the products, snacks, coffee, soap and shampoos, bottled water, etc. very well done. We recently moved out of the Nashville area and needed a place to have our family Christmas in the area. This was a perfect location and beautiful home. Great location, Franklin is such a quaint town. We were extremely happy with this property.

Great stay in Franklin near great park

This property was perfect for us. We were right around the corner from the park where we had our family reunion so we were able to go back and forth with ease.

Very nice home

The house is comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. The only drawback is we thought it was closer to town- it is about a 7 minute drive-not that big a deal but when we originally booked it said 2 minutes away-we thought we could walk. Drew was very responsive to our questions - good experience!

Very nice home, very clean

We had a great experience at this home. We had a group of 11, we had plenty of sleeping spots for everyone. The home is conveniently located near downtown Nashville in a nice quiet neighborhood which is why we chose it. If we are in the area again I would stay here again.

Nice house

Well setup for the group we had everything in the house is well taken care of. Everything was high end and very comfortable. Great coffee selection and had little things you always forget when you travel. Highly recommend, will rent again for future events in Nashville.

Nice Rental

Visited with family. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer were appreciated. Fenced in backyard. Easy walk to park, tennis courts etc. Quick drive to downtown Franklin. Friendly neighbors praised owner.

All the Comforts of Home

Host Drew has thought of absolutely everything to make you feel at home here. While many properties are described as well-equipped, this one truly is. The kitchen equipment was so inviting we gave up on dinner out and made use of the fancy built-in grill on the patio. You’ll find comfortable furniture both inside and out, and the bathrooms are lovely, with great showers. Drew was instantly available on the phone, and went out of his way to accommodate our schedule. Thanks again, Drew!

Perfect Girls Getaway

Beautiful property and Drew has thought of every need. And if you have questions, or special needs for your stay- he’s on it and is extremely helpful. My three friends and I spent four nights and all slept great, loved the kitchen and all of its wonderful supplies and had a great Christmas weekend in Franklin. Drew even supplied a Christmas tree and decorations to make our stay special. Cozy, comfortable and so convenient to the airport and downtown Nashville. So grateful for the hospitality!

Perfect Stay

Loved our stay at this home! It is well decorated and a comfortable place to stay. Great, convenient location! The house had everything we needed for our stay. The snacks and drinks were a nice extra touch. Would definitely stay here again.

Andrew’s place was PERFECT!

We met friends from NC and had a wonderful weekend in Franklin. Andrew was a great Host: very gracious, quick to communicate and we will definitely be staying at his place when we visit again. He thought of everything that a guest would need for their stay at his place.

Great place to stay!

We needed a quick overnight stop for our family of 6 as we were passing through. The home is so cute and spacious. Very nice amenities and quiet neighborhood. I took an early morning run and loved the area. It’s not close to downtown but worked just fine for our need!
