Amazing property on the lake

The house was so clean! The dock is well-maintained and the cove is secluded and quiet. We really enjoyed kayaking, swimming and fishing in the lake. It is such a great spot at Lake Lanier. It was a nice bonus that the downstairs had such a fun area for everyone to play poker, air hockey, basketball game and more. We will definitely be back. The owner was so responsive and very accommodating.

Wonderful Stay!

House was super clean upon arrival and the host was kind enough to offer an early check-in and late check-out for us. Great location on a quieter area of Lake Lanier, loved the kayaks provided and our friends brought their paddle boards so we enjoyed paddling out to some close small islands to hang out and enjoy the lake. House had everything we needed, lots of room plus some for 3 adult couples-beds were super comfy and the back porch was amazing for our meals and hanging out and enjoying the great weather we had over the weekend. Also really enjoyed the dock area-hung out there and in the water one evening and it was perfect. Host was very communicative and everything from check in to check out was a very easy process!

Perfect lake house for a family vacation

This property checked all of our boxes. We were looking for a place that could comfortably accommodate the six of us and our two small dogs. We were looking for a house with a dock, the ability to swim and kayak. We needed a kitchen that was furnished with most of what we need to cook. We wanted at least three beds with room and activities for the kids and our son had to have a place that offered an opportunity to catch fish. And this house delivered and more. The family swam, kayaked, cooked, lounged and our son caught bluegill, bass, perch and catfish. The house is just fifteen minutes from Gainesville so you are close to anything you may need. The house comes stocked with coffee, creamer, laundry and bathroom supplies and most of the amenities you will need for your stay. The wifi was excellent and the game room kept us busy for hours In addition to all that the property offered, having a host that goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable and issue free, responding to questions or requests like no other host in any of our many rental experiences We highly recommend this house

We loved everything about this house and dock. Great location on the lake. Cove was nice and quiet. Quick walk from house to dock. Owner was wonderful. We had no issues at all and the whole family enjoyed a great vacation.

Perfect Family Gathering Home.

First the host was very attentive. Home is comfortable and clean. Loads of various seating areas which is key when there is a diverse and large gathering. The views onto lake from the back are gorgeous. Boat dock was a hit yes even in October we went waterskiing - calm water and gorgeous fall colors to look at. The games room area is a wonderful asset to a rental. I hope you "Enjoy your stay :)" as much as we did ours.

Beautiful family visit at Lake Lanier

We had a wonderful vacay in a beautiful lake front home on Lake Lanier. The house was perfect and everyone was comfortable in this large home. The game room brought fun family time. Kayaked, fished and enjoyed the large outdoor decks. So many deer to watch daily. We will definitely go back.

Doesn’t get any better than this!

We have had many great Vrbo experiences in the past, but this one surpassed them all! This home is beautiful all around…..Inside, outside, not to mention the fantastic dock and cool deep water for swimming. So much more I can say, but it would be redundant if I said AWESOME so much (lol). These hosts genuinely care for their guests, and we appreciated the time and attention that they gave to us to ensure that we had a fantastic stay. 7-2023 Lake Lanier Vacation

The house, dock and location was perfect. The house and surroundings were clean and well maintained. We brought our waverunners and was able to park the larger trailer in the garage during our stay. Normally we have to take up parking space in the driveway or park it elsewhere at other houses we’ve stayed at. Lots of towels, beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed to Bbq and make our meals at home. We would definitely return.

Extended family vacation

Our family is spread out in a couple of different states and each year we try to get together and spend a week of quality time together. This was the perfect location beautiful home, beautiful quiet cove for the family to play in the lake together. Spent most of our time on the back deck watching for the MANY beautiful deer that just roam around the neighborhood. The owner was fabulous to work with! It’s a short drive to the grocery store, or too many restaurants. We took a day and went over to the waterpark and we had lots of fun there. Over all just a fantastic vacation with our family.

Perfect lake getaway

We loved the property - access to a covered boat dock and the electric car charging were huge plusses for us that many other homes don't have. Home is well maintained, clean, and a great size for a couple of families to enjoy a lake getaway.

Awesome rain or shine

This house has it all! Games galore, kayaks, an amazing dock with deep water, outdoor dining, and tons of indoor space to spread out. The kitchen has all you need, and the area is very quiet and relaxing. We saw deer, coyotes, turkey, beaver, and frogs! We would definitely do it again.

Outstanding Lake House

Property perfectly situated on a canal off a lake Lanier, perfect for swimming off the dock or using provided kayaks. Rented a boat during stay and kept it at the covered dock, loved the fishing poles as we caught a few catfish on the lake with them. Layout of house was great and had everything you needed for your outing. Beds were very comfortable. Games downstairs were super fun. I can see why this is a five star property! Thanks for having us.

Perfect lake retreat

We stayed for a week during the Memorial Day holiday. The host were probably the most attentive I've ever experienced and I've rented a lot of homes over the years. They were very accommodating! The house itself was perfect and had plenty of space. We loved sitting on the back deck under the trees. It was so peaceful. The cove was very quiet and the dock was perfect and deep enough for our boat. The basement offered plenty of fun for the family. Would 100% recommend this house!

The main bedroom offers a king bed, full bath, and privacy. Best off all you step out to the deck where the sitting area is perfect to enjoy your morning coffee or moonlight cocktails, all while enjoying the lake views and gentle breezes.

The main level additional guest bedrooms have queen size beds with a shared bath. The terrace level bedroom has a queen bed and bunk beds. There is also a full bath for your convenience. Enjoy the fun room! Settle into the comfy couch to watch the 65” TV, play air hockey, foosball, cards or even shoot hoops. We didn’t forget the big kids! There is a large wet bar with mini fridge for your enjoyment too.

Sip wine from the cooler or coffee from the coffee bar while you cook up great food in the well-stocked kitchen. There is a gas grill on the deck off the kitchen for the “catch of the day.” The laundry room is stocked with your laundry necessities, plus additional supplies of towels and beach towels.

Lake access is just steps to your private dock with outside dining table and chairs. The Dock is located in Honeymoon cove, a quiet cove with gentle waters for paddle boarding, kayaking, or fishing. Boat slip is 10 feet by 25 feet 10 inches.

Two kayaks and two life jackets are provided for your use with our compliments. Kayaks may only be used if you are wearing a life jacket (provided in the box on the dock).

Free Wi-fi & fiber internet throughout the house. Office desk, surge protector & external monitor provided for remote workers.

Parking: Garage and driveway can easily hold five cars. And there’s a dedicated spot for your boat trailer at the top of the driveway. Free level 2 EV charger (40 amps).

Marinas & ramps: There are several marinas and boat ramps within 15 minutes of the house.
