PACIFICO L1302 is a ground-floor condo with a spacious terrace and views of one of several pools in the development.  The location of this condo is amazing!  Set just inside the main gate of the development, you have quick access to town via both the vehicle and pedestrian gates.  You also are just steps from a beautiful pool, surrounded by palm trees and tropical flowers, but set back from the pool so that you can enjoy your shaded patio with peace and privacy.



As Professional Hosts, we operate differently than an independent Vacation Rental "Host". We have a team that will assist with your visit to the property:
- Our VACATION SPECIALISTS can assist with transportation, tours, boat trips, in-property services like chefs and spa services, as well as area information.
- One of our HOUSE MANAGERS will be your point of contact for any questions you have related to the property before and during your stay.

Situated right off the main street, PACIFICO is Playas del Coco’s premier development. This gated community offers guests 4 massive pools, a large jacuzzi, hiking trails, a children's play area and a sports complex with tennis, pickleball, basketball and soccer. From your condo, you are just steps from grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. A 15-minute stroll gets you to the beach OR you can take one of the complimentary beach shuttles from the development. There is also a private oceanfront beach club that guests can access.

Playas del Coco is just a 30-minute drive from Guanacaste International Airport (LIR), near Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation!

Guests have full access to the entire condo and share the community amenities with other guests in PACIFICO.

The unit has a spacious kitchen with breakfast bar with seating for four and a stacked washer/dryer tucked at the end of the space.  Beyond the kitchen is a dining table for four and a comfortable new sofa (July 2022) that doubles as an additional sleeping space, plus a flat-screen Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows.  The living room has floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors that open to your private, covered terrace.

Just off the kitchen are a full bathroom and the first bedroom, with a queen bed and a large closet.  The principal bedroom sits off of the living room and has a beautiful 4-post king bed and TV with Amazon Firestick.  There is a large en-suite bathroom with double vanities, a shower stall, a separate water closet, and a large walk-in closet with a safe.  The bedroom also has access to the terrace through sliding doors.  

On the terrace, you can enjoy the tropical breezes and views of the immaculate grounds.  There is a conversation set plus a dining table for 4, perfect for dining al fresco, games night, or teleworking in the tropics!

Car rentals or golf cart rentals are options for transportation during your stay. PACIFICO offers free golf cart charging and ample parking right in front of the building. It’s also a very walkable location! You can walk to the grocery store (5 minutes), restaurants and shops (5-25 minutes) and the beach (15 minutes).

There is a complimentary shuttle to the PACIFICO Beach Club and taxis are available at the taxi stand next to the Auto Mercado (5 minutes walk)

PACIFICO BEACH CLUB
The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and offers infinity-edge, ocean view pools, multiple lounge areas, and poolside food & drink service. All guests in PACIFICO have access to this beautiful facility. To use Pacifico Beach Club, guests pay $35 per person, per day. The Beach Club will credit $25 to your food & beverage "tab" for the day, and the remaining $10 is the cost to use the facility. Guests under 12 are not charged. The Beach Club provides pool towels, and complimentary shuttle service between the development and the Beach Club.

Guests have full access to the beach chairs, lounge areas and umbrellas. Cabanas are by reservation only and an extra fee applies. Renters are not permitted to reserve cabanas in advance but can inquire at the Pacifico Beach Club reception about availability and cost.

The Pacifico Beach Club is closed each year for the month of October.

The PACIFICO offers a free shuttle service between the PACIFICO development and the PACIFICO Beach Club.

PACIFICO SPORTS COMPLEX
Guests have access to the tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball court and soccer pitch at the PACIFICO Sports Complex. The facility is open to guests daily from 10am to 3pm. Equipment is not provided.

Rich Coast Management

L1302 owner- your condo is old and tired. It needs to be renovated and the furniture need to be updated and replaced. It lacks any charm and vacation vibes. We have stayed in your condo before and found that other than replacing the drapes, nothing had been done. The knobs still sit in the drawers, the disposal still is posted do not use, the floor trim is falling off and there is still no towel ring for the second sink in the master bath. We will not be staying in your unit again because it is depressing.

Great Location

We loved the location of our unit across from the "quiet" pool. The unit itself was "tired" and needed some upgrades but overall was fine. Maintenance issues were taken care of immediately by the property manager (Rich Coast Vacations and Property Management). They were great to work with.

Great location, excellent property managers, but…

The location is great, the community is beautiful and very well kept up, and felt quite secure. However, the condo itself needs to be updated. The furniture throughout is dated, and we couldn’t get the TV (which is very old) in the primary bedroom to work. The shower head in the primary bathroom barely dribbles and is not usable. The shower head in the second bathroom is okay, but very old. The kitchen is fully outfitted and had sufficient dishes, cutlery, etc. The ice maker on the refrigerator is stained and scary, so we bought ice. Definitely time for a new fridge. It’s also time to replace the outside furniture. Many many kudos to all the staff at Rich Coast Vacations and Tours, who were simply excellent. We will definitely work with them on future rentals. Everyone was very accommodating and could not be faster when responding to any questions we had. We highly recommend Rich Coast!
