A great base camp between national parks with awesome views of the Moab Canyon Rim & La Sal Mountains. 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. Newly remodeled with tons of natural light and common living area enough for everyone to spread out. Covered & open patios, firepit and pet friendly! Fully stocked kitchen with everything you will need to prepare your own meals. Barbeque grill and plenty of parking for trailers hauling your off road toys. *Please lock all exterior doors & close windows when leaving the house or checking out. Please leave doors closed while at the property to prevent insects and mice from getting into the house. *Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed within the house under any circumstances. *This home does allow pets that are included in the reservation of the property. We provide bags to clean up after your pet and appreciate you doing so. Please do not leave pets unattended in the property for long periods of time and keep pets on the property unless on a leash or under voice command. Never allow pets to run free throughout the neighborhood. *Please obey all traffic rules. San Juan County allows off road vehicles on local streets, however speed limits and other traffic rules apply. Please be aware that motor vehicles not licensed as "street legal" are not allowed on US HWY 191 or on Grand County streets. This is a residential neighborhood where the speed limit is 25 MPH and we ask that you respect neighboring properties and stay on market trails and roads at all time. Please make yourself aware of special licensing to operate an off road vehicle required by the state of Utah regardless of a standard driver's license. *We understand you are here to enjoy yourself and that you are on vacation, however please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm and before 8:00am out of respect for the neighbors. Please turn off exterior lights when not in use; at bedtime. *Please do not leave any linens or towels or other items belonging to the property outside. *The owner of this home has provided thoughtful amenities with guests in mind. 2025 Moab Trip
We had 8 adults w/4 side by sides. Lots of room in the house, and outside so we were never too crowded. Host was excellent, and super responsive. We would definitely stay again. Great location with easy access to some of the trails.

New Year stay
We stayed here for a few days during the New Year. There was plenty of room for 5 and two dogs. The place has been nicely remodeled and was comfortable. Fenced yard was perfect for the dogs and the views were great for both sunrise and sunset. We would stay here again.

A little far from Moab proper but gorgeous views to the east and west and nice and quiet. Great yard for dogs and plenty of space inside for groups.

Great clean home
We had 4 couples and went wheeling every day. The home was great for us. The master suite has a bathroom inside it that is very roomy. The other 3bwfrooms have 1 bedroom to share. 2 living ar3as that are very roomy. Kitchen was well stocked. We used the gas grill which had propane on site. Very good communication with Andra. Perfect place to stay in Moab!
This house is the perfect place to stay when you are in Moab. The house was perfect and exceeded expectations. The location is just far enough out of town to give you that private, quiet experience but close enough to all the activities in moab. Highly recommend!

Five Stars
We’ve stayed in lots of VRBO’s and this is one of the best. Super clean, beds were so comfy, dishes and pots and pans and cooking tools were high quality. Included shampoo, hand soap, paper towels, some spices for cooking. Very well thought out for making our stay more enjoyable. The management was outstanding and very responsive to any questions we had. If I could give ten stars I would. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay! ❤️

Moab Birthday Trip
My family traveled to Moab for my birthday. When we arrived, the code provided to get into the house didn't work. This was very frustrating as we didn't have a phone number to contact the host. It's also difficult to get internet service in the neighborhood. Thankfully a neighbor stopped and gave us the code after some time trying to contact the host. The house is as pictured and was clean and inviting. Getting in and out of the neighborhood is a little funky and the location wasn't as convenient to Moab or Arches as we had hoped. It was quiet though, had nice views of the mountains and a fenced in yard for our dog.

Decent bang for the buck
My fault, but I didn’t realize that the garage wasn’t available. The ad didn’t say that there was a garage, but it also didn’t say there was one available. The owner came over and opened the garage so that I could squeeze a dirt bike in there. I’m thankful for that. Overall the place was as good as any for the price range. A few things that weren’t perfect, but I don’t expect perfect. Squeaky floor. Saw a mouse. You can tell from the smell that pets are allowed here but it’s not bad. Frying pans teflon coatings are wearing off badly. Those should be replaced. Mouse should be caught. The rest was maintained enough and good enough.

Incredible views, beautiful home!
My family drove in from three states to meet up for a Christmas gathering. The home had everything we needed for a cozy time. We cooked, drank, laughed and played games. My parents felt spoiled with the gorgeous, newly remodeled master suite and luxurious bathroom. We loved having the table and a living room right by the kitchen. And the large sectional was perfect for lounging, movies, games, and just chatting. There were 5 of us, two large dogs, and a cat, and everyone fit on the sectional with plenty room for more!
The yard is not fenced and the house is in a residential neighborhood with other dogs, so we had to keep an eye on our dogs while they were outside. It wasn’t an issue for us, but good to be aware of.
The views from the house on both sides is incredible. Just looking out the windows and being able to see the red rock walls backed by the snow capped La Sal mountains was wonderful. And more red rocks from the back windows. They were everywhere we looked. While the house wasn’t right in the middle of town, it was a short and easy drive to get into town to enjoy the restaurants and shops there, not to mention to get to Arches and many hiking trails in the area.
I would highly recommend this house. It was obvious that a lot of thought and care was put into it. The bathrooms were stocked with plenty of lush towels and even had soap dispensers in the shower. The laundry room was equipped with everything you’d need for a few loads of laundry. There was even a baby gate which we set up to give the cat a dog-free space in the back bedroom. Lol. Poor cat! And we were able to get in touch with the management quickly if we ever had a question.
Thanks again for creating such a nice setting for our family get together! We may just be back someday.

This is an amazing property for families or groups of guests with plenty of room to congregate or have a little private space. Its recently remodeled interior is very group and family friendly with large living room plus formal dining, large eat in kitchen and family room. The home has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms plus sofa bed located in the family room. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals. The front covered porch is a great place to gather, enjoy a meal cooked on the barbeque grill or enjoy mountain views or the stars.
