Lee was outstanding in all facets. But the home needs some attention, and I hope that my feedback will help others. There is an unacceptable odor, like sewage, in the bathroom when I step out of the shower. Triggered by hot water? Not sure, but it's there. We only slept in one bed, and it was indeed comfortable, but the bedding needs to go. Suggest crisp white sheets (not flannel-type sheets) and 2 comforters, new. Your bedspread and blanket and sheets need to be retired. Suggest removing entirely the rugs in the bathrooms, as they collect hair, urine and waste. The rug around the toilet in the 1/2 bath literally has a brown "drop" that looks like something I don't want to think about. No reason for those rugs. If you decide to keep them, they need to be washed before each new guest. If that brown drop is a stain, replace the rug. Refrigerator handle was dirty. I felt "debris" the first time I opened it, at which time I thoroughly cleaned it, and it was smooth (i.e., clean) the rest of our stay. I know Janet told you, but please have quality (as she said, Mrs. Meyers is a good brand) hand soap, dish soap and lotion at the kitchen sink. People that will spend this daily amount on a rental want quality soap/lotion. Lastly, I would do this, but I realize I'm not the typical man, install a water softener in your home. That will really make your home stand out, and everyone will appreciate soft water. But I'm not using this last suggestion as an element to rate your home. There were many many things we enjoyed about your home, but the things I called-out will prevent us from returning on our next trip to SoCal. Should you address these items, please contact us and let us know so that we may return when we next visit SoCal. Thank you, Lee. I sincerely enjoyed meeting you and Chris.
