The beds are so comfortable and there is even a sofa bed for those extra friends or family that want to join you on your vacation. Take a swim in one of the available pools, or soak in a hot tub while enjoying a cocktail from the bar of one of Topsail’s best recommended restaurants. Like tennis, there are courts on the grounds for you to enjoy. The elevator is right outside of the unit, you can take it down to the grilling area of the complex. The elevator is also great for taking your beach gear out to the beach. Walk ways that go directly out to the beautiful beach.

The living area has all you need, including a washer and dryer. The master suite with a king bed, and a killer view. There is an ensuite, you won’t even have to leave the room. You will also find a queen room that shares a bathroom with the living area. Both bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs or smart adaptive TVs, and unit has great wifi.

As an added touch, and unique to Sol Searching Properties, you will find for your convenience, “starter” items. Please keep in mind these are meant to start your vacation, not supply your whole stay. These items include

A separate security deposit for $350 and renters agreement will run through Ownerez after booking. This is a requirement to keep the booking.


The pool in only open April through Oct

Renter making the booking must be at least 23 years old and provide proper identification along with renter agreement. Credit card must match the name on the license.
