Adagio is an exclusive community on the Gulf of Mexico in Blue Mountain Beach, off Scenic Highway 30A. Adagio enjoys 600' of pristine beach frontage, and is a private and gated complex providing a secure and relaxing family environment.

Top Notch is a quiet, top floor, corner condo. Furnishings and decorations are new, including a wine refrigerator. This beautiful 3 bed/3bath unit has pool views that can be enjoyed from the master suite as well as the open living, dining and kitchen area.

The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops with marble back splashes, gas stove and Kitchen Aid appliances. The dining room seats six with room for three more at the bar. The balcony has a great table and lounge chairs to enjoy the amazing view.

Adagio features two Spectacular Pools--The 1,700 square foot gulf side pool is heated and has an infinity edge overlooking the blue green waters of the Emerald Coast. The main pool is an amazing 8,000 square feet that is cool even on the hottest days and includes three tiers with fountains and waterfalls. A large whirlpool spa overlooks the pool. The European cobblestone deck includes a variety of seating areas including lounge chairs and dining tables. The fitness center is centrally located near the pool. The gulf front lawn area makes for a fantastic spot to take in the gulf sunset or to enjoy a gathering with family and friends.

Adagio's convenient location allows for quick access to neighboring Grayton, Seaside and WaterColor where you will find some of the finest shopping and dining venues around. The area also offers a spectacular 17-mile trail along 30A. Destin is 12 miles away. Bring your bikes or rent them while you're here. The bike path along 30A crosses some of the most spectacular inland lakes in the world. Kayak rentals are also available on the beach at Adagio.

Parking is strictly limited to two vehicles per unit.

Don't forget to bring: We provide you with an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, dish washer soap and laundry soap to get you through the first 24 hours. We recommend that you bring enough toiletries and kitchen supplies for the rest of your stay.
