As you make your way inside, a mesmerizing array of upscale furnishings await you. With plush upholstered couches, superior hardwood flooring, chic inspired details, and seamless transition from indoor to outdoor living provide an unparalleled sense of grandeur to the space.

It doesn’t stop there! As a family-oriented destination, our home was specifically designed for kids and adults to engage in a multitude of activities for wholesome bonding time:
- Treat yourself to an entertaining evening watching all the best movies and shows on our 82-inch 4K Samsung TV in the living room with Roku installed. An additional 6 TVs are found in the bedrooms and outdoor patio.
- Keep yourself on the pulse playing action packed video games on the PS4 with over 20 games to choose from!
- Liven up the mood with our SONOS sound bar jamming to your favorite tunes.
- Ramp up your competitive side and set up tournaments playing ping pong, ring toss, shot ladder, tic tac toe, and shuffleboard.
- Light up the propane enabled firepit by the outdoor patio and let the flames fill the space with calm and cozy vibes.
- Enjoy eating tasty flame grilled meals with our state-of-the-art Nexgrill BBQ.
- Grab a refreshing beverage of your choice and take a seat at the high-end dining table under the shaded Pergola. Draw the 4 covers on each side to avoid pesky mosquitos disturbing you.

After cooling off in the swimming pool, relax on one of 8 lounge chairs to either work on your tan or sit under the built in umbrella to take a break from the Florida sun.

- Bedroom 1: A master king size mattress with an ensuite bathroom, wardrobe space to store your personal belongings, luggage rack, a 55 inch 4K wall hung TV with Roku, 2 bedside nightstands to set aside your smartphone, and a sliding glass door providing access to the backyard.
- Bedroom 2: A king size mattress with 2 bedside nightstands, a calming pink salmon color design, 2 mirrors, a luggage rack, and a 55 inch 4K wall hung TV with Roku.
- Bedroom 3: 2 Queen size mattresses with a bedside nightstand, a matcha green color design, a luggage rack, and a 55 inch TV with Roku.
- Bedroom 4: A bunk bed with a twin, full, twin pull out, a shelf & closet to store your clothes and personal belongings, a dark blue color design, luggage rack, and a 43 inch 4K TV with Roku. Note: The bathroom is on the opposite side of the house.
- Bedroom 5: A king size mattress with a built in wardrobe, 2 bedside nightstands, a light blue color design, a 43 inch 4K TV with Roku, and a sliding door granting direct access to the outdoor patio.

Additionally, room darkening shades are in each room to block out the sun, ensuring a full night of uninterrupted sleep.
