Manatee Viewing Center is right around the corner with tons of marine wildlife. This unit also has a private deck off the master bedroom that overlooks the beautiful bay's backwater and its own private boat slip with power and water. With a maximum docking capability of 30ft, the slip is available on a first come, first serve basis so please inquire prior to use.

Centrally located to Tampa, St Pete, and Sarasota. Bahia beach located in little harbor is only a 15 min drive away with great dining and sunset views.
