Inside, the living areas are surrounded by floor-to-ceiling window walls, allowing lots of natural light to flood in and brighten up the space. Enjoy super comfortable brand-new beds with new linens guaranteed to provide a good night’s rest (your comfort is important to us), bathrooms stocked with towels and toiletries (no need to bring your own), a kitchen with appliances to make home-cooked meals, an 8 person dining table, and so much more.

Outside, enjoy a private balcony with outdoor seating overlooking the complex. Your reservation includes access to the clubhouse, including the sparkling swimming pool with lounge chairs and outdoor showers, a BBQ grill area, and indoor gym access.

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
- Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,750. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
-Security Camera: One at the main door, facing the entrance hallway to the unit.
*Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.
