The breakfast nook seats 6 and overlooks the expansive yard and rear deck. There is a gas fireplace for cool evenings. The rear deck has a dining table with an umbrella as well as a separate seating area. An oversized electric grill/smoker adds to the ease of outside entertaining. The home also contains an inside laundry room and a 2 car garage. There are several bikes for guests to use including a tandem.
