Welcome to your Chandler retreat! This charming home offers the perfect blend of comfort and fun, featuring a sparkling pool ideal for hours of enjoyment under the Arizona sun.

Inside, the spacious living and dining area greets you with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Off to the right, an office that doubles as a game room provides a private space for remote work or quiet relaxation, complete with closing doors for added privacy. The great room combines an open-concept kitchen, breakfast nook, and family room, creating a cozy gathering spot for the whole family. A super-sized smart TV is perfectly positioned for viewing from anywhere in the room. The fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar for casual dining or entertaining, making it easy to prepare meals or get ready for a backyard BBQ. The home also offers super-fast WiFi and a laundry room for added convenience.

The primary bedroom is a true retreat, offering a king-sized bed, soft linens, a sitting area, TV, en-suite bath, and walk-in closet for a relaxing stay. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and spacious closet, while the third bedroom offers a full-sized bed and ample closet space as well.

The backyard is a highlight of this home, creating unforgettable memories with its east-facing layout that welcomes the morning sun. Step outside to a covered outdoor living room, perfect for lounging, and enjoy the sparkling pool for endless summer fun. This pet-friendly home allows one dog for an additional fee of $25 per night for stays under 30 nights, or $10 per night for stays of 30 nights or longer. Please note, no cats are allowed.

The pool is provided as an amenity and is not heated.

Spacious Home with Pool

The home is nicely appointed, spacious, and well maintained. The pool/patio area is very enjoyable. It is located in a nice neighborhood convenient to shopping and many golf courses.

Not for snowbirds

The location was good as we are golfers and there were plenty of opportunities nearby with reasonable prices. However, the garage is not available and we would keep our clubs in the office area. There are no dressers in any of the bedrooms. We were only given a dozen hangers for 3 people. When I asked for additional storage I was informed that I could purchase them on my own as this property is intended for short term stays. There were several quirky things about the house that probably aren’t a problem for short term but not more than a few days. I wouldn’t return to this property.

Stayed at this property in December. Kitchen, bedrooms and neighborhood were wonderful. I did some cooking and kitchen was PoolWas not heated but did not plan to go in anyway. Was a bit loud because of highway by pool but I did enjoy my stay immensely.

Quick visit to Arizone

My family came for a quick visit and. High-school football game. We arrived at the houae and it was exactly as it was described on VRBO. Our family had enough room to spread out and loved their outdoor area. We would definitely atay here again.

Great Family Getaway with All Amenities

Our family had a fantastic stay at this property! The home was well-equipped with all the amenities and necessities we needed, making our stay comfortable and convenient. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The neighborhood was peaceful, which added to the overall pleasant experience. While there was a bit of street noise, it was barely noticeable inside and didn’t bother us at all. We would highly recommend staying here!

Great Chandler Get away Spot in Proximity to Everything.

We had a great stay! The house was clean and well maintained. Other reviews regarding the lack of kitchen items etc. seem to have all been resolved. In fact, there was an Amazon box with new pots and pants for the property management company on the porch when we arrived. The house was furnished as described in photos. It was the perfect house for our family of 4 to have enough space to stay/hang out and sleep. If we would have to share a single drawback, it would be the lack of a pool heater. Despite being hot in Phoenix the vast majority of the year, the desert gets chilly when the sun goes down in March. Kids could hang out in the pool for about 30 minutes during the sunny days, but the water temp was only in the 60s, so it didn’t last long. The bedrooms were all well furnished with comfortable beds and plenty of linens. Each room also had its own TV and reliable WiFi. Great place. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Kitchen was poorly stocked as far as cooking pans, no casserole dishes at all, kitchen table was broken, patio furniture was dirty, attic access is falling out of ceiling, looks like there’s been severe water damage in the bathroom.

Best house ever

The house was beautiful and spacious! When arrived it was clean, organized and bright. The decorations were beautiful. The pool was big and refreshing. I liked the master bedroom a lot cause of the walk in closet and the private toilet bathroom too. The laundry room had up to date washer and dryer machines. The kitchen had everything. Thank you so much for everything.

Great Place to stay

The property managers addressed the no cooling immediately and our stay was so comfortable with a cool home with temperatures over 114 degrees. I want to tell the owner though their drip system to water their plants does not seem to be working I would hate for them to loose the beautiful psalm trees.

I would not recommend this place or stay here again. Upon our arrival we discovered an umbrella in the pool and a pool so green it was by far unswimable. I contacted the host who said they would handle the problem. After no further communication and coming back later we found the pool had cleared up so we could at least swim but was still fairly green and full of dirt/leaves. We also noticed not all the switches in the house worked, there was a hole in the screen door so it was unusable, and minor things were very cheaply put together throughout the house. There was also a leak with the washing machine in which the host was alerted. Rather than communicating with us she instead sent what the check out instructions were prior to sending them twice before. Communication was horrible, the property was not ready for us to stay in, and the house is definitely not as nice as the pictures or price you pay.

Wonderful Memories

Lovely home, very clean, comfortable beds. Love the master bedroom setup. For six adults who needed a break from a winter that refuses to leave in Idaho and Montana, this was wonderful. Hated to leave. Had a mini family reunion with people we hadn’t seen in years. You won’t be disappointed.
