Gut: Ausstattung, Zustand der Unterkunft und Kommunikation
We came into Indianapolis to go to Jen con. We were disappointed that our lottery on the Internet did not secure us a hotel room close to the convention. However, as a family of four, we thought it might be nice to stay in a house and have a little bit of space for convention/family balance.
This house turned out to be absolutely perfect for us. The two of us who are less into gaming were able to walk to two nearby restaurants for dinner And hold up in the house and watch the Olympics at night. All in all, the house has nice space for a family of four, and a reasonable kitchen if you decide to cook or even just have cereal every morning before going into town.
We thought that the damage deposit was excessively high compared to other homes we have rented. We rent approximately three or four homes every year, and overall both the fees and the damage deposit on this house seemed exorbitant. We suppose this is probably due to the convention, and possibly a history of poor actors in the past. Still, we were rather surprised by the numbers, given that we had booked based on the nightly rate.
