This is a second floor condo with no elevator so climbing stairs is required. The condo is located in the downtown restaurant district and with this amazingly convenient location, there will be some noises and smells associated with downtown living ie: groups of folks getting ready to go skiing or coming home from the restaurants and bars, sirens from the in town fire station, the smells of adjacent restaurants firing up their grills, marijuana smoke from passers by. We supply ear plugs, a 3 speed fan, an air purifier , black out curtains and shades so that you will feel comfortable while staying in the heart of everything Breckenridge has to offer!
Please note that the condo is located in an established in town building with year round tenants, owners and other short term rentals but each unit is individually managed. There is no central management on sight, please contact your host directly with any questions or if you need any assistance during your stay.
