The Space:
Please note, all guests staying at a Portoro home are required to sign a rental agreement and provide a valid form of ID.
This townhouse is situated in the middle of the complex with private entrance, garage and street parking. Spread out across a 3 level floor plan providing plenty of space to unwind and relax. On the first floor is the private garage, entry and home office. The second floor features the living/dining room, kitchen, half bath and small patio. On the third floor you'll find two bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom and laundry closet. One bedroom features a king bedroom and the other a queen. There is a 4th floor balcony available for guest use with signature of a liability release. Please note some closets are locked for owner use.
Guest Access:
We offer convenient keyless door codes for self-check-in. Portoro Homes uses smart locks with check-in details provided 48 hours prior to arrival by email and text message.
• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

This area of South Lamar is very walkable with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars within 5 min walk.
Getting Around:
Austin is an easy city to get around without a car in this location! Walk, rent a scooter or bike, easy access to Uber/Lyft. Austin offers plenty of transportation options. Ridesharing, micro-mobility, and mass transit are available everywhere. The airport is just 15 minutes away.

Other Things to Note:
The home is spread out on 3 floors with no elevator-this means there is a lot of stairs :) Both bedrooms are on the third floor so please take that into consideration when booking. Please note some closets are locked for owner use.
Security Cameras/Audio Recording Devices: There is a Ring doorbell camera on the front door.
Pets are allowed at this home at a rate of $150 per pet (2 max, up to 50 lbs). If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without Portoro’s approval, there will be a cleaning charge of $500. Owner must pick up after dogs - no exceptions.
Interaction with Guests:
Portoro Homes communicates via email and phone. After a booking is confirmed, rental agreement will be emailed to the guest for e-signature. Check-in instructions are sent by email and text message 48 hours prior to arrival date (keyless entry). We offer convenient keyless entry for self-check with no need to stop in at a local office. We do typically check in with guests by email/text 1-2 times during their stays to ensure a 5-star experience and remain available for any questions/inquiries. We are available to guests 24/7.
