In the main living area you have comfortable living room furniture with reclining leather sofa and a large 75" Smart TV in case you want to take a break from the beach to watch the big game. All TV's have Google TV with Youtube TV. Floor to ceiling glass sliding doors open up to the large balcony.
There is a fold down queen murphy bed with pillow top mattress in main living area for additional sleeping options.
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, stocked with dishes, glassware, pots/pans, crockpot, Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, drip coffee maker, blender for fruity drinks, and grilling tools. Refrigerator has an ice maker but additional ice can be purchased on site in parking garage, on your way to the beach or pool.
There are 3 bar stools and a table with 4 chairs for inside dining seating.
The primary bedroom is Gulf Front with a floor to ceiling glass sliding door leading to the balcony. A king size bed with Tempur-pedic cooling gel topper is provided for your sleeping comfort. There is a 55' smart TV with Youtube TV for all the regular and many premium channels. The en-suite bathroom has his and her vanity sinks with illuminated mirrors, along with a large walk-in closet. There is an oversized shower with additional hand held shower head.
The secondary bedroom includes a full bathroom with tub and has a 50" smart TV and closet with ample storage for clothing.
Bedrooms and bathrooms are furnished with luxury linens, towels and complimentary Gilchrist & Soames hotel-sized toiletries.
Unfortunately the condo development does not allow guest to bring pets.
Parking pass is purchased separately through San Carlos management, level 3 of the building for parking pass. 1 vehicle per unit, $50/each.
Cleaning fee is $200
