One bedroom Pinnacle Port unit located in the gorgeous Panama City Beach, FL.

Recent updates include new paint, carpet, furniture and bathroom updates (Mid 2022)

Pinnacle Port has an excellent location beside the beach as well as the largest coastal dune lake in Florida. A dock allows you to catch some fish or you may go kayaking or paddle boarding on the on the lake. Other amenities include a large lagoon shaped swimming pool outdoors with a nice patio for leisurely lounging and some barbecue grills for a cookout. An additional acclimatized pool is located indoors for year-round swimming. Four tennis courts are available as well as a basketball court. There is also a Fitness Center on site that overlooks the gulf and features a sauna. Kids will love their playground, and everyone will enjoy playing shuffleboard, horseshoes and Bocce ball.

If you’re looking for a low price to sleep several this is a good place. There are a few maintenance items that need attention. 1. Steps going up to kitchen and living are need repair or replace they are dangerous when you are taking stuff up and down. Also plugs in the master bathroom downstairs do not work.are hauling

Pros:Fairly reasonable cost for the areaNice beachFair/Good accommodations (definitely needs a good duct cleaning and major scrub down).Needs some TLCArea is safeCons:To begin our 2 night stay, after a very long travel day, it took us 20 minutes to get onto the actual property. We were supposed to have a QR code and only had a numbered code. Property manager asked me if I was sure I didn’t get it… yes, I was sure, otherwise we would have used it. Extremely frustrating beginning. Security was very kind, but also very resolute that we would not be entering the property without the QR code.The unit needs some TLC. It’s ok. We have typically stayed on 30A and will likely go back to the areas we have stayed before & pay a little more.

Great short stay for a weekend wedding

Very comfortable upstairs living area and nice TVs. The kitchen was well equipped for a few people and a few days. The upstairs maintained a nice temperature. The bed was very comfortable even for a bigger man. The bathrooms/toilets were very small and cramped. The bathroom downstairs needs a fan as it stays much warmer and was hard to sleep. Outlets in downstairs bathroom do not work.

May Vacation

I used to stay at Pinnacle port when my children were living at home. After more than 30 years we have returned due the great location of this property being at the quieter end of PCB. This trip was our fourth year in a row staying there. The beach is beautiful and the condo is nice,, not perfect but nice.

Quiet and Beautiful area

This room, in my opinion, is more for a couple and maybe one child. Pullouts are not very comfortable and the kitchen is cramped but we made due for the time we were there. Beautiful, quiet area with two amazing views.

It was wonderful! Great location!

The only thing that was a problem for us is that there was no dinning table. We like to play games/cards and would have loved to have our friends over for dinner but there was no place to sit together at a table.

Nice place

We enjoyed our stay, however the first day when we walked in there was a horrible smell. It took us a day but we found that it was coming from the kitchen, and there was a ton of food sitting in the garbage disposal. After buying air freshener and clearing out the disposal, the stay was much more enjoyable. Wish the listing was more specific about which building the room was in.

Fun trip with my girls

I love Pinnacle Port and we have been going there for years. Our host didn’t seem to know the proper very well. When we checked in at the gate they were not aware that we were coming. Host also said we could use work out facilities but only owners can. I also asked about beach chair rentals and he said they don’t do. And they do you just have to call select dates for a fee. The condo was very nice and clean but we did kill 9-10 roaches. 😬 I don’t like bugs.

Doing without stuff

We would never stay in this unit again. The kitchen was on second floor which is not great if you are 70 and carrying groceries upstairs. No kitchen table, no ice maker, very limited so called stocked kitchen . Not a round plate to be found to use in microwave. They were all square. Couldn't open the oven door all the way because it hit the refrigerator. Different outlets worked on different days. When we left the microwave outlet wasn't working. Never had working outlets in the downstairs bath. The shower was so small that I had to have my butt and back against tile wall to shower so the water didn't hit me in the face. No adjustable shower head. Best thing about this condo was the Starfish Grill. It was delishious. Elevators were a nightmare. I could go on but trying to put this trip to rest.

Nice condo decorated nicely

When we got to check in the guy at the gate had no idea who we are and did not have any information he said. After that he gave us paperwork and we went on in. Everything at the condo was pretty much great the only thing is the outlet in the master did not work May just be a breaker or something. We really enjoyed the stay felt like the condo was clean and very well decorated and look like they were really trying to update and improve that unit. My only suggestion is a more comfortable like a recliner or something in the living area. The icemaker never did make us someone might want to check it it was not a big deal for us. Overall we really enjoyed the stay. And would rent this unit again. I really would prefer to actually have talked to the host as opposed to going through a company though.
