Interior of house is a cabin with beautiful cypress wood ceilings and walls. 4 bedrooms, plus den, extra large living/great room. The game room currently has connect 4, pool golf, small table that converts to your choice of foosball, pool, or mini basketball. Plus checkers, chess, puzzles and cards!

On salt water canal that connects to multiple recreational lakes. You can also consider a boat rental to take strolls through the lakes right from your backyard. Direct access to the heated pool through the living room, master bedroom, and master bathroom. Convenient location of Southeast Cape Coral, very close to Downtown Fort Myers. 5 smart TVs plus premium cable and internet. Pets allowed with additional $250 non-refundable deposit. Backyard is fenced. Minimum booking of 5 days, with a discount applied if you book 30 days. Home is turnkey with all kitchen ware, pool accessories, and linens. Garage parking available. 5 minutes away from Hunters Run Golf Course and Cape Coral Hospital. Fort Myers Beach is about 30 minutes away!

Fun in the sun

The property was exactly as we expected! Very clean and spacious, the pool was awesome, although a bit warm for the week we were there. The kids enjoyed fishing out back. The neighborhood was quiet and wonderful. Allison was very responsive with any questions we had! We would definitely book this property again!

Florida Vacation

Our stay truly was a tropical paradise that we enjoyed so much. The house layout is optimal for everyone to have their own space with a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of towels and blankets. Location was close to stores, venues, and restaurants. The outdoor area was a highlight as my grandchildren enjoyed swimming (pool was warm!!) and fishing off the dock. Check in and out was a breeze. I reached out to the Allison the night prior to arrival to see if there were any fishing poles in the garage and she responded quickly with a yes. We enjoyed the Cape Coral area and would rent this house again. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

Amazing house in quiet neighborhood

Our family of 6 stayed here in February and found it to be the perfect spot to relax. There was plenty of space for two couples and two children to spend the week and not be under each others feet. We enjoyed many(!) hours in the heated pool. The house came equipped with everything we needed and was very clean and well organized. Allison was a great host and quick to respond to questions. We used the house as a base while visiting family in SW Florida but we also visited Sanibel Island for shelling, Naples, and Six Mile Cypress Slough Preserve (HIGHLY recommended). We had breakfast at nearby The Brunch Factory on our last day and wish we had discovered it sooner. A must visit!

Fabulous house right on the canal with a heated pool! We spent most of the time fishing right from the dock in the back yard. Finished the evenings with a swim in the heated pool! Perfect stay!

Great house on the channel

Fantastic stay! The house was clean, well-maintained, and had plenty of space for our whole group. The mattresses were so comfortable that even my kids commented on how well they slept! There was ample seating for everyone to relax, and the pool was a great bonus—perfect for unwinding after a long day. Overall, a great experience, and we’d definitely stay here again!

Great get away

We had a great week here at this home. Management was fabulous we ended up staying one night longer than we planned. This was the first time we were down for the Fourth of July and from the dock on the canal you could see the red white and boom fireworks. There was plenty of space for my large family.

This property was wonderful and the host was even better. The pool/deck area led to either living room, bedroom, or bathroom. I can’t say enough positive things about the host. I would 100% recommend this place. Will definitely stay there again if in the area.

Great home base for the week.

My wife and 6 adult kids had a great week long stay in this home. One son was playing college baseball in the area so when we weren’t watching baseball we were playing golf all week. The home had everything we needed. The pool was the most popular hang out but a great family room for gatherings also. The home had many things to help our stay including lawn chairs, cooler, umbrella, and an electric grill for cooking. We will definitely be back.

This property was great! The pool temp was amazing and the game area was a huge hit with the kids! The house had all the essentials plus some! Cooked in house each night so the fully stocked kitchen was great! Overall, this was an amazing house for our vacation!

Perfect Family Home

My family recently spent a week at this property while my son played at an area baseball tournament. My in-laws and a teammate and his mother joined us, for a total of eight people. The house was spacious, clean, comfortable and offered all of the amenities we could need. It was also within 30 minutes of all of our baseball games. The kids loved the pool and visiting the ducks on the canal.Our hosts were extremely responsive to our questions.We would absolutely stay here again in the future. Thank you for a great week!

Sorority Retreat

My sorority had an absolute wonderful time here. Enough space to gather together and yet plenty of space to spread out. Everyone love it!!! Just a small suggestion... with all women we could have used mirrors in the upstairs bedrooms so we could free up the bathroom for another! But really it was absolutely perfect!!!

Awesome stay with great amenities and a very nice location!

We had a total of four adults, five kids/teens, and two dogs for our stay. The house is a good size and the amenities were great. The house is very well stocked with just about everything you could want or need. You can tell they have taken special care to offer a wide array of amentities from the game area to the kitchen and everywhere in-between. We used the pool and patio area daily. We also did some fishing in the canal out back. The drive to the "Red White and Boom" Fest in Cape Coral was only about 15 minutes and it was definitely a top-tier July 4th Celebration. We also ventured out to Sanibel 2x times during our stay. The drive wasn't too bad and our girls loved the shelling on the island. We also had some good surf fishing there. In general, the area is still in recovery from last years hurricane, but there is still plenty to see, do, and enjoy. We made our way to "Jungle Bird Tiki Bar" in Cape Coral for one of our dinners out and really enjoyed the food, drinks, and atmosphere. Allison was very responsive to any/all messages. The "Welcome Home" basket with goodies for us and the dogs was a nice touch. The Borrowing Owls perched outside the kitchen window each morning were very cool to look at too! We would definitely recommend this property and may even look to book it again in the future ourselves.

Great family Getaway!

Allison is an A++++ host. She was very accommodating to all of our requests. House is clean and spacious. It was the "extras" that make Allison such a great host, extra paper products, a basket of goodies left for us, fishing supplies, beach chairs/umbrella, coffee bar! I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay.

We had a great stay at this location. The house was very nice, clean, well stocked and updated. The pool area was very enjoyable and comfortable. I asked the property manager if beach chairs and umbrella were available for use. The manager agreed to allow me to purchase the items and refund the money through VRBO. I submitted the receipt and received the refund to my account the next day. We had a great week, enjoyed our stay, and would not hesitate to return for another stay in the future!

Absolutely Incredible!!

Where do I start!! This was the most amazing stay. The house was gorgeous, all amenities were provided with the exception of food of course, but we had everything we needed, our entire 2 weeks at this home! We did not want to leave. It was so comfortable in every way! The beds were wonderful, they slept so good! When we arrived there was a welcome basket of goodies, with things even for our pups and a note that read "Welcome Home"! We felt right at home the moment we walked in! The pool area was fantastic, we were on a canal which was also beautiful. The backyard garden was amazing, so many different plants, palms with coconuts and the fenced yard was perfect for our 2 dogs! There were 2 Ceramic bowls just for them! 🐾 The master suite was my favorite part! Sliding glass doors that lead out to the pool, the master suite shower also had a sliding glass door to and from the pool area which was brilliant, out of the pool and right into the shower! I loved it! Flat screens in each room and a large flat screen in the living room, which we enjoyed while relaxing on the awesome sectional or sitting in the recliner! The huge kitchen was set up to cook anything! All beaches were a bit of a drive but we went to several different places, wanting to make the most of our time there. A lot was closed still recovering from Ian. 😔 The host, Allison, was so sweet and accommodating, and replied very quickly to any message! Cant wait to go back soon, next visit... staying A Month! 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐

Thumbs way up for the Cape Cabin

Our stay was marvelous. The house is spacious, and the grounds are beautiful. It was all so good that we found it hard to leave to do other things–though we did periodically. The kitchen is stocked really well. You will find great pots and pans, a coffee maker plus a pod model, sheet pans, stainless storage bowls, nice knives, a wine opener and wine glasses, a pizza cutter…you get the idea. You have everything you might need. Plus, there is an impressive electric grill outside on the patio, and it is wonderful! (I may go out and buy one!). From the couch to the tables and chairs and the beds and the linens, everything is new and the quality is good! The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood–and there were burrowing owls nesting across the street. We were greeted with a delightful welcome basket and stocked medicine cabinets: toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, soap, shampoo, conditioner, bandaids, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry products, and the list goes on. You could fly in, walk off the plane and into the house and be all set! Despite the allure of just staying right there to enjoy the wonderful pool and patio, we did occasionally go exploring. The Edison-Ford Winter Estates in Fort Myers is definitely worth seeing. Also, we enjoyed Rotary Gardens, the Four Mile Cove Preserve, the Six Mile Slough, and a couple of farmer’s markets. The hosts are wonderful. They are on the ball and quick to reply to any questions or needs that you might have. We loved our stay at the Cape Cabin. It was probably one of the most relaxing vacations we’ve ever had. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that my dog also loved it. The fenced in yard is perfect, as is the patio area. Plus, the neighborhood is safe and easy to walk in. Thumbs way up from us!

Lovely property

We were 3 couples with 3 small dogs staying the month of February in this lovely property. The comfortable interior rooms, the heated pool and lanai, the fenced in yard and the canal for fishing all made for a wonderfully complete stay. The owners went over and above to provide plenty of supplies like shampoos, body soap, plenty of fluffy towels, extra tp and paper towels, dish soap, coffee, even oatmeal and spices. And when we couldn't find a dish or iron that we needed Anthony quickly provided. And he would periodically text to make sure all was well and we were enjoying the property. We loved hanging out around the pool. One of our ladies was able to work remotely (poolside) 2 days a week. Great stay! Thank you Allison and Anthony

The perfect family getaway

We stayed at the property for five weeks and couldn’t have had a better time. It’s important to note that this was just shortly after hurricane Ian head ravaged Fort Myers area. The property was an excellent condition with a Swimming, pool cage, new pool, deck, area, and new Landscaping around the property. The owner was extremely helpful in anything we needed. Prior to arriving at the property. The owner contacted us to ask if there was any items that we’d like to have in our long-term rentals. We mentioned that we use an Insta pot frequently at home And they went out and bought one for the property. We have stayed in VRBO‘s on multiple occasions, and this was the best we have had in years. The property was fully stocked with everything we needed, and and much more than expected. The kitchen contained mini items such as coffee, treats, potato chips, candy, and assorted items that you would like to have. The owner contacted us about the Christmas holidays and asked us if we liked decorations. We told them that we did enjoy Christmas and that our entire family was coming down to stay for a few days and have Christmas at the property. they went out and bought Christmas decorations and put them in the house for us to make it nice for our family. We like the neighborhood that the property is in, it is quiet and has a lot of areas for evening stroll’s around the house. The dock area along the canal was definitely nice for being able to throw a fishing line in every so often. Nice area to relax. The pool furniture was excellent and all brand new. We just can’t say enough about how accommodating the owner was to anything we said we actually had to be careful what we said because he would run out and go get it as soon as we mention something. we will definitely stay there again and highly recommend it
