Nice place and plenty of room

We travel to Myrtle Beach every couple of years so we’ve stayed at 6-7 different places. This home was clean, roomy and was located to everything that we like to go. The pool was really nice and close enough to enjoy any time of the day. Tom, the property manager, was great to work with and very easy to contact. We recommend.

Barefoot resorts in general is an amazing place to stay but this specific condo was perfect! So cute and fit all 7 of us really Comfortably! But the cherry on top was Tom and his wife. Very friendly and attentive. We will be back!

Overall our stay was great the Condo had everything you could need, I do wish it had a grill you could pull off the back porch but I understand that may be a bs HOA thing they can’t get around idk. Nice getaway despite tropical storm Debby

The property is beautiful with a lot to do as listed under the information for the resort. Unfortunately, rain from Tropical Storm Betty started on Sunday and did not stop all week. We got about 30 minutes on the beach Sunday morning before the rain started and maybe 2-3 hours total for the entire week at the pool. My husband and I even stayed at the pool when it was raining. Betty brought a lot of rain and gusty winds. Businesses were closed and went to Barefoot Landing for dinner, all the stores were closed except for Ron Jon. On our last day there, Friday was a little better. Despite Betty, we were away from home and enjoying our time together. I spent a lot of time on the patio off the living room area when I could- when Betty wasn't battering the area. The condo had everything! We couldn't have asked for a nicer condo. In fact, out of all our vacations, this condo was the best one we've stayed in. Parking wasn't an issue. Originally thought we’d have three vehicles, only had two. There was plenty of parking. Corresponding with Tom was easy, always replying in a timely manner.

The place was clean, in a great location, and came with a ton of amenities including bikes, beach chairs, and umbrellas! Tom communicated everything prior to our stay, included several handouts of everything we needed to get in, as well as handouts included in the home for how things work. Beautiful property

This was a great condo. I wish my kitchen was as well equipped. The condo was immaculate and the owner checked in to make sure everything was good. Only disappointment was the view. We were hoping for a view of the green and the waterway. That said, it was very peaceful and we spent quite a lot of time enjoying the screen porch.

A great rental!

My husband and I and our two older teenage children plus our small dog stayed in this condo for a week. It was very clean and has many amenities. All we needed to bring was our clothes and personal toiletries. We purchased groceries after we arrived. The kitchen is very well equipped and having the washer/dryer available is great. There were plenty of bath towels and beach towels for our use. Also, the first floor location made getting our belongings in and out easy. Added bonus was the nice lanai with the screened door off the back of the unit. I was able to take my dog outside easily. It is a very pet friendly community. Many of the residents were walking dogs while we were there. Grassy areas were plentiful and everyone was very good about cleaning up after their dogs which makes the environment that much more enjoyable. I dedicate it key recommend staying here!

Awesome Place !

This was one of the best condo my family and I have stayed in ! Tom and Debbie’s place is perfect for a family vacation. The condo is spacious and beautifully decorated. Pretty well stocked with appliances and linen , towels and utensils. Tom is great giving step by step instructions on everything you would need for your stay from pool passes to wifi password and TV set up. Garage is big and perfect for storage and has a numerous amount of fun things for the kids including bicycles and pool accessories. Spacious patio for late night games and you can even step out into the back and see the enormous golf course and enjoy some fresh air. Small pool in the havens complex and another big pool 5 mins away by the main entrance Of the barefoot resort. 15-25 from everything including the main myrtle beach attractions. Surrounded and near by many great restaurants and dessert spots ! Perfect place for our pets and family vacation ! Will definitely book again.

Great Stay!

Tom was one of the most hospitable hosts that I have ever dealt with. Their home had everything that you need. One little disappoint was that we could not sit on the porch and watch the golfers, there was a large shrub blocking the view. But other than that, this was my favorite rental by far!

Best rental we ever stayed in!

This was hands down the best rental I have ever stayed in anywhere. It was spacious and clean and the location was just perfect. It was stocked with everything you will need. You pretty much just need to show up and buy some food. The owners are super nice and responsive and the community is wonderful. I cannot say enough about it. We cannot wait to return. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!!

Great stay!

We had a great time in the condo! My 80+ year old grandparents, my husband and our three kids all had a great time! The condo is fully stocked, didn’t need to bring much extra. The bikes were a hit with our kids and the extra beach toys! The pools weren’t great, the staff at the smaller, neighborhood pool wasn’t as frequently and the bigger pool needed to be cleaned. Other then that, everything was great and we highly recommend!

EVERYTHING EXCELLENT

Tom & Debbie have an amazing setup. Though this was our first time staying with them we’re already looking forward to staying with them again. Tom & Debbie have really put together the greatest vacation getaway. They’ve thought of everything! All you need are basically your personals (clothes, deodorant, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc). We’ve been staying at Barefoot for about 12-13 years, and we’ve NEVER seen a better setup than Tom & Debbie’s. Wonderful people with an amazing condo. EVERYTHING about this condo was EXCELLENT. We certainly hope to stay again. Thanks Tom & Debbie for sharing your lovely and well equipped condo with my family and I. We had an amazing vacation thanks to you two, and The Lord of course!

Debbie and I purchased this beautiful golf course and waterway condo as a fulfillment of a life long dream. We recently retired after 35+ years as elementary and secondary educators in Maryland. It had always been our hope to have a condo to both use in retirement and offer to others as an escape from the hectic life of daily work! Please enjoy the condo as much as we have enjoyed making it available to all of those who want a vacation filled with the same amenities as home.

We have spared no consideration in making Unit 1114 in the Havens one of the most beautiful offered. We searched for several years trying to find the perfect condo with the most magnificent views in the resort. We think we found it!!
