We are so glad you are considering staying with us for your San Antonio stay. We are located in a very nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood in a newer subdivision which has access to incredible amenities, such as:

So, if you are looking for a calm, cozy place to be while still having easy access to all the things to do here in SATX, this is the perfect spot for you!

The space

We have two clean, cozy, and comfortable rooms for our guests to enjoy. Each room has a memory foam mattress, pillow top mattress cover, freshly washed linens, a desk, a closet, high-speed WIFI, and more.

Room 1
In one of our rooms, we have a more traditional feel, carpet, and it is a bit darker at night for our light sleepers.

Room 2
In our second room, we kept it light and bright with more modern furniture, no carpet, and a big arched window.

Guests will share the bathroom when both rooms are booked, if the second room isn’t booked it will only be for your use.

Our guests will also have their own cabinet space in the kitchen and are more than welcome to access the living room and backyard anytime.

Guests are more than welcome to park in our driveway when available, otherwise, we have plenty more parking along the front of the house by the street we live in.

*Guests need to maintain the place's cleanliness during stay
*All doors need to be locked after stepping out
*Quiet hours after 10 pm
*If anything is broken, ruined, or missing, a fee WILL be applied

***DUE TO COVID-19, we cannot accept guests that have experienced symptoms in the last 30 days (Fever, coughing, etc). Please respect everyone’s safety during these trying times***

You understand that using any of the neighborhood’s or home’s amenities is doing so at your own risk and the property owners are NOT to be held responsible for any guest accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal property. You accept full responsibility and agree to be fully and solely responsible and hold the owner harmless from any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal property that may arise from your own use of the property.

All Airbnb guests acknowledge and agree that they have read, understood, and agreed with this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming this booking constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between the Airbnb Guests and Airbnb Host.

***Pool and neighborhood amenities: While we provide access to the amenities for our guests, it can be occasionally closed for maintenance, seasonal issues, or COVID restrictions at the HOA's discretion. We will not be held responsible if closed during your trip.
