Beautiful, clean townhome!

Our family of four stayed here for a short weekend in April 2025 to attend a wedding. The place was beautifully decorated, clean, and very comfortable. We really appreciated the fact that it had 2.5 bathrooms for four people. Parking on the street was never an issue for us (easy!), and communication with the owners was also a positive experience. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Experience

We enjoyed our stay and the host made our trip so easy! The place was clean, great location and we had everything we needed. We messaged the host to extend our stay and she got back with us so quickly and made it happen! Would recommend this property to anyone!

This location was exceptional for our purposes of eating and shopping. The home was convenient, in a quite area, and the furniture was comfortable.

Ashwood Cozy Townhouse!

Great property! Really comfortable and the location was very close to restaurants and shopping. The Keurig was not working which was disappointing for 4 mornings. Hostess did ask if we wanted it replaced after the second morning. It should have been replaced. BYOB toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bag. Only 1 left in each bathroom and kitchen.

Lovely Townhome

The host was wonderful and checked on us during our stay! The home was tastefully decorated and comfortable. Everything looked and felt clean. The location is great and we enjoyed an evening stroll in the neighborhood. It was close to many restaurants. We were glad to have found a great location all around. We would absolutely stay in the same home again.

Great Place

We loved the townhouse and the location. We will be booking this place from now on when we come home to visit. Everything was clean and comfortable, especially the couch and beds. We also loved that it has a bidet in the downstairs bathroom. Much better than a hotel.

Perfect for Four

Clean and the perfect size for four. We rented this for a place to stay for a weekend wedding we attended and were not disappointed. Great home within easy commute of Homewood and Birmingham. Highly recommend!

Great place!

My family and I spent one night here due to needing close proximity to UAB hospital. This place is IMMACULATELY clean, comfy beds and couches, fast internet, quiet location, easy to get in and out of, and easy for Door Dash to deliver to. It’s convenient to have a powder room downstairs and each bedroom has its own bathroom upstairs. I anticipate more stays in Birmingham and hope this place is available when we come! Thanks for the great stay!

My daughter and I stayed here while in town for a wedding. The property was perfect for us but could easily accommodate four people comfortably. Property was very well appointed, with king size comfortable beds and large flat screen TVs in LR and each BR, and immaculately clean. Location is great and hosts are responsive. A very charming townhouse!!

Very impressive home ideal for where we wanted to visit. Walking distance to the Vulcan trail and the local bus stop into the Birmingham center. Clean and bright lots of decorative touches, very comfortable and highly recommended. The host was super responsive.

Veterans Appointment

My husband and I stayed overnight to attend an early morning appointment the next day. Great host, neat, clean townhouse, and great nearby restaurants for this location. My husband and I would definitely return to this place again.
