Bring the whole family to this spacious house with lots of room for relaxation & fun! Hibiscus Hideout is located in the quiet lower grand lagoon area & is just minutes away from public beach access, state parks, the best local restaurants & shopping, & the beautiful waters of the bay! With a private pool, gas grill, & large outdoor pool area, you don't even need to leave the house to enjoy a vacation with your family!
Upon entering the house, you'll walk into a formal seating area that includes a queen sleeper sofa. You'll also find the dining area here. To the left of entry is the master king sized bedroom with en-suite bath. On the other side of the house you'll walk into the spacious kitchen area and living area. This is where you can access the patio, gas grill and lovely pool area. This wing of the house also includes another king sized bedroom, full bath, and bunk room which houses 2 sets of twin sized beds (4 twin beds total).
The house also comes with an air mattress and pump, in case you find yourself in need.
You have access to the whole home! It is a very spacious and spread out layout with plenty of family living space as well as a large outdoor pool area and yard. You also have access to utilize the garage for parking. Please note that there is no garage keypad, but we do have a garage door opener. *If the garage door opener is lost or damaged, we will have to charge you a $100 fee.*
Hibiscus Hideout is in one of the BEST locations in PCB! The lower grand lagoon area is close to some of the most breathtaking water & sunset views. Here you are minutes from boat rentals and marinas galore…all of which have some fantastic restaurants RIGHT on the water! (You’ll find some of our favorites listed in the electronic guidebook in the home). You are also just a few minutes from public beach access as well as St. Andrew’s State Park. Here you can visit the jetties, fish, snorkel, or take a shuttle to visit Shell Island for the day. You’re sure to see several dolphins along the way! There are also several options nearby for the golfers, including Bay Point, Signal Hill, or Holiday. Dining options abound in this area and there is ample shopping and entertainment at Pier Park, just a few miles down the road!
It is best to drive your vehicle to get around the quickest. You are a quick drive to public beach access. There is a driveway as well as a garage available for your use. There is no garage keypad, but we do have a garage door opener for your use. *Please note, you will be charged $100 if the garage opener is lost or damaged.*
AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS!
This property is dog-friendly, with prior approval required from our Reservations team before booking. A non-refundable pet fee of $175 applies for one dog weighing 50 lbs or less. If you wish to bring a second pet, an additional $75 fee will apply, subject to approval.
Our property maintains a strict no smoking or vaping policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a $500 fine.
Please note that we only provide starter supplies at this property.
There is to be no smoking or vaping inside and/or outside of this home. If we find evidence of smoking/vaping, you will be charged $500.
