Great for the price. Condos are in a nice location.

Nice location and close to everything. Kids loved the pool and game room. It’s an older location so needs some updating but very nice place to stay and would definitely come back.

Great value in off season

It was nice to have views of both the sound and the beach. We are locals and thought the location was perfect. Close to pickens and away from the hustle and hustle of casino beach. The beach access across the street was not crowded. The views from the condo were stunning! This condo is not a luxury condo and could use some updates but we would stay again for the price in off season!

Lovely condo with some issues

Our condo was lovely and clean with a great view of the beach. Unfortunately, due to the severe weather that day, as soon as we checked in gust of wind, came through causing one of the glass patio doors to open and slamming against the oven door, therefore, causing glass to shatter all over the condo, which took us about an hour to vacuum and sweep. The lock on the front door was broken and on our second night stay someone came in in the middle of the night taking my sister‘s purse with some other items and we had to file a polic report. The only reason we did not check out and spend our last night in a hotel is because my brother was with us and he brought his gun so he slept on the sofa with his gun and we did not get much sleep that night. I have yet to hear back from the main office, I am going to keep calling until I get someone on the phone and if not, then I will be getting an attorney . The Police took a look at the lock and agreed it did not work and we’re very upset because what if there had been children or what if we had been hurt. unfortunately we will not be staying in this condo again.

Beautiful View

The condo was in a beautiful location and was very clean and nice. We were only there a couple of days but would definitely stay there again. The doors are kinda tricky to figure out but all you have to do is pay attention to the little stickers on them to understand. The master bathroom needs brighter lights but that was nothing major either.

Beautiful place

Loved seeing both gulf and sound views!!! Walking distance to restaurants and very close to the beach. Bedrooms and separate and fairly soundproof. Very quiet place to stay.

Wonderful experience!

Unit number was impeccably clean. The views are downright amazing with the front, back and side balconies. We woke up early every morning just to watch the sunrise. Great restaurants nearby. If I had to find something wrong, I would say the door lock was a little confusing to lock/unlock from the outside. We will definitely book again in this unit!

Nice condo!

Great views and location. Beds are comfortable. Needs updating as there are issues from previous water damage in bathrooms. Musty smell throughout the house. Nothing terrible but would be even better if these details were addressed. Overall good place and would stay here again.

Beautiful Beach Condo

Great rental

Best view in Santa, Rosa Dunes!

Condo was clean when we arrived. Beds were comfortable. Couple of things were a little bit out of dress. Lampshade in the den was falling apart, jute rug in the den floor was a tripping hazard, master bath, shower, and tub or a safety hazard to get into. You must step up on the curb and then another 18 to 20 inches over the side of a deep jet tub to get in the shower. Oven door would not stay shut in the kitchen. All of these things were minor inconveniences. The furniture was a little dingy, & needed cleaning, but served our purposes! Long All in all we really like the unit And enjoyed our stay!

Stunning views and safe beach access

We stayed in early August with twin 3-year olds. Loved having a corner unit! There were carts downstairs waiting by the elevator which made carrying our belongings up from the car very convenient. The pool was nicely shaded in the afternoon. The beach access we used had a well-marked crossing which made us feel much safer crossing the street with our wagon and toddlers. The access also had a wooden boardwalk over the dunes. Peg Leg Pete's and a 24 hour gas station were within easy walking distance. Designated parking underneath the units helped our car from getting overheated. There were some cosmetic issues with the unit but they didn't affect our stay. We have already talked about coming back to Pensacola and staying here again! The views were spectacular. It was nice to still feel like we were on vacation even if we were inside. Vacasa was very communicative and responsive for any questions we had during our stay.

Great Condo

We was only down for 2 nights for a fishing trip. The condo was perfect. Right between the Bay and the beach. You could easily walk across the road to the beach or even drive across and park on side of the road. The only issue we had was the key fob to get in the gate at the pool was missing from our condo. Luckily we only went to the pool on the last evening of our stay and we had 2 more couples staying in the same complex so we were able to access the pool. I called Vacasa to report the missing fob and the said they made note of it but didn’t offer to bring another. It was ok with us though cause we were leaving the next morning. This might of been an inconvenience if we were alone with kids that wanted to swim and couldn’t. Overall this is a great place to stay and would definitely stay there again

Perfect Vacation House

Everything was very clean and close to the attractions, but it a quiet little spot. The view of the Sound and The Gulf was beautiful. We can’t wait to go back.
