When you're not splashing in the ocean, boogie boarding, or surfing, spend time in Beach Escape’s private in-ground pool, which can be heated or cooled for ultimate comfort. Lounge on the poolside chairs or relax on the two spacious balconies that span the width of the house, offering endless views and plenty of seating for relaxing, reading, or enjoying cocktails at sunset. Designed with outdoor living in mind, Beach Escape features patio dining, a Weber gas grill, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after beach adventures.

Inside, you’ll find three levels of inviting coastal luxury. The lower level of Beach Escape is a laid-back haven featuring a living room with a dry bar, oversized sectional, and an 86” Smart TV. Enjoy the foosball and table tennis area for fun with family and friends. The downstairs queen bedroom opens directly to the pool area through sliding glass doors, and a full bathroom is also located on this level.

The main level presents a stunning open floor plan, with three sets of balcony doors that flood the space with natural light. Relax on the large sectional while watching a favorite movie on the 65” Smart TV, or stream music and browse the internet using the free Wi-Fi. The sleek, modern kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, cookware, and utensils, making it easy to prepare anything from quick snacks to gourmet meals. The waterfall kitchen island doubles as a prep space and casual dining area, and a custom-made 13-foot dining table seats up to 14, creating a memorable setting for shared meals and conversation.

A king-size ensuite bedroom with a sea-inspired bathroom featuring a walk-in shower is also located on the main level, offering convenience and comfort.

Upstairs, the third level houses four more bedrooms, each with private ensuite bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms feature oceanfront views with French doors opening onto the balcony. The elegant primary bedroom includes a king-size bed, cozy seating area with a 70” Smart TV, and a spacious walk-in closet. The ensuite bathroom is a spa-like retreat with dual sinks, a clawfoot tub, and a walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms on this floor are each outfitted with queen-size beds, while the fourth bedroom is perfect for kids with a twin-over-full bunk bed and twin trundle.

All bedrooms, except the bunk room, are equipped with ceiling fans and large flat-screen TVs. Fresh towels and three additional ensuite bathrooms make it easy for everyone to prepare for the day’s activities.

Feel free to pack light—Beach Escape includes a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room, making it easy to keep your clothes fresh throughout your stay.
