Mere steps from the beach, this six-bedroom, six-bathroom stylish retreat provides comfort and relaxation for up to 13 guests with two huge balconies and a private pool! Wake up to the sight of seabirds soaring above the water, and fall asleep to the murmur of the waves rolling onto the sand.

When you aren't spending time on the shore splashing in the waves, boogie boarding or surfing, you can swim in Beach Escape’s private heated and cooled in-ground pool or catch some rays at one of the poolside lounge chairs. The two balconies stretch the full width of the house and offer endless views of the Atlantic Ocean, furnished with plenty of seating perfect for naps in the coastal breeze, catching up on a good beach read and cocktails over a sunset happy hour. Made for outdoor living, this St. Augustine beach house entertains with patio dining and a Weber gas grill. An outdoor shower lets you rinse the sand away before jumping in the pool.

Inside, three levels of nautical luxury await you. Downstairs, the lower level at Beach Escape has been fully-remodeled into a laid-back living room complete with a dry bar, an oversized sectional sofa and 86” Smart TV as well as foosball and table tennis. Access the patio to the pool from the living room door as well as from the sliding glass doors of the queen-size downstairs bedroom. You’ll also find a full bathroom on this level.

Head up to the main level to a palatial open floor plan with three sets of balcony doors that provide abundant natural light. Delivering equal emphasis on comfort and style, the living room features a colossal sectional with room for everyone to hang out together. Enjoy favorite movies on the 65” Smart TV or connect your device to the free Wi-Fi and stream music, surf the internet or play games.

Beach Escape’s sleek low-profile kitchen houses state-of-the-art stainless-steel appliances and a host of cookware, dishware and utensils to prepare everything from simple snacks to multi-course meals. The kitchen waterfall island does double duty as a prep space and casual dining area with four rattan barstools. A hand-carved 13-foot custom made live edge dining table comfortably sits 14 by the fireplace. Make memories with great conversation and laughter over shared meals. You'll find a king-size ensuite bedroom off the hall with a walk-in shower in the sea-inspired bathroom.

Upstairs, you’ll find four more bedrooms each with private ensuite bathrooms, three of which are ocean front and have French doors that open up onto the balcony. The elegant primary bedroom features a king-size bed, cozy seating area with a 70” Smart TV and walk-in closet. The ensuite primary bathroom has dual sinks at the vanity, a clawfoot bathtub and separate walk-in shower. The second and third upstairs bedrooms are outfitted with queen-size beds. Perfect for kids, Beach Escape’s fourth bedroom houses a twin-over-full bunkbed with a twin trundle. Except for the bunk room, all bedrooms in this enchanting vacation home have ceiling fans and large flat-screen TVs for your comfort. Stocked with plenty of fresh towels, three additional ensuite bathrooms make it easy for everyone to get ready for the day’s adventures.

While you’ll find closet space for all your belongings, feel free to pack light. Beach Escape has a full-size washer and dryer set in the laundry room, so you can toss in your dirty or wet clothes at the end of each day and have them refreshed by morning.

With the beach as your backyard, you'll be mere minutes from mouth-watering beachfront dining and bountiful nature as well as a short drive from the culture and history of downtown St. Augustine.
