LOCATION
The Gulf Place community is located along a 26-mile stretch of sugar-white sand and turquoise waters of Northwest Florida’s celebrated Emerald Coast. This delightful community on 30A is comprised of 25 acres located in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach on the corner of 30A and 393. Nestled in the heart of this vibrant area, this rental offers a perfect blend of convenience and luxury. Just steps away from a variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options in Gulf Place, you'll have everything you need for a memorable vacation. Take a short stroll to the nearby beach or relax on the private balcony overlooking scenic Highway 30A. Shunk Gulley's is located right across the street, and several boutique shops like YOLO, Sunrise coffee, and more are just below. There are two beach access points with Ed Walline Regional Beach Access just down the road to the left and private beach access directly across the street.

BEACH ACCESS
Dedicated beach access is located directly across the street and a public beach access is just down the road at the corner of 30A and 393.
AMENITIES
There are 3 pools located on the property and 2 tennis courts. Charcoal grills are located near the pool and tennis courts. All amenity passes must be left in the condo on check-out. There will be a $30 dollar charge/for any missing passes.
WHAT WE PROVIDE
1. Sheets & Bath Towels Included. Bring your own beach towels.
2. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking/eating utensils. Bring your own spices and food.
3. Starter set of Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Garbage Bags, Laundry/Dishwasher Detergent, Kitchen/Bath Soaps, Shampoo and Body Wash. Depending on your length of stay, you may need more.
CONTACT-LESS CHECK-IN
There is an electronic door lock located on the front door. On the day of arrival, you will receive the access code by text message to the phone number on file once the home has been cleaned and inspected. You will receive this code by check-in time.
PARKING
There is parking available for 2 vehicles. No trailers/boats/motorhomes/RVs allowed. Parking is on a first come, first served basis.

IMPORTANT RULES - PLEASE NOTE
1. The primary renter must be 25 or older and be present for the entire stay.
2. No Pets.
3. No Smoking of any kind in the condo. Gulf Place is also a smoke-free environment. This includes: no smoking of any kind on the grounds, walkways, balconies, patios, parking lots, sidewalks, boardwalks, or the beach.
Violation of any of these rules will result in immediate eviction with NO refunds and any damage mitigation/repair/replacement will be charged to the guest.
