Welcome to Reel Oasis! This 3 story home sits along the Clearwater Harbor Marina & is the perfect place for your resort style lake vacation. This home is elegantly decorated & stocked with everything you need for a worry-free luxury vacation. Sit outside on 1 of the 3 patios with your favorite beverage soak in the sunset over Lake LBJ. The patio along the marina includes negative edge pool that overlooks the lake. It also has an outdoor kitchen, TV & plenty of space to entertain your next event!
The Space
This 3 bedroom, 4.5 bath home sleeps 6 with multiple balconies to enjoy the hill country views! An interior elevator makes the property easily accessible for all guests and convenient for arrival with gear and groceries!
See below for the layout of this 3-story house:
Level 1 - Private Pool and outdoor entertainment area accessed through the garage, or down the back flight of stairs from the front door located on the left of the house. There is an outdoor dining table along with patio furniture to relax by the pool or catch the game on the outdoor flat-screen TV. This level also has a propane BBQ Grill ready for your cookout. From here there is a gate that will take you down to the marina. There is a boat lift in front of the house available for guests to use as well as trailer parking space. There is access to the garage from this level where you will find an ice machine available for your use!
Level 2 - Access via elevator, stairs on the left side of the pool to the main level of the home. Here you will find an open concept floor plan with a state-of-the-art kitchen, elegant dining area that opens up to a spacious living room, full laundry room available for all guests, and a full bathroom. Just off the living room you have large balcony with seating and secondary grill.
Level 3 - Access via elevator or stairs inside the home. 3 bedrooms all with en-suite full bathrooms are located on this level. The master bedroom has both walk-in glass shower and soaking tub. Along with its own private patio to enjoy with your special someone. The 2nd bedroom includes a gorgeous glass shower while the 3rd bedroom has a shower/tub combo for your little ones!
Sleeping Arrangements:
• Bedroom 1: Master with 1 King bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower & soaking tub, and
access to private patio - Sleeps 2
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed with en-suite bathroom - Sleeps 2
• Bedroom 3 - Queen bed with en-suite bathroom - Sleeps 2
We are available by email, phone, or can be available in person if need be.
A few restrictions to make sure every guest can enjoy their trip! No more than 3 cars allowed per HOA rules. Parking is located directly across from the property. Boat or jet ski trailer parking is located in the front of the neighborhood and requires pre-approval to get the access code. Please give us 72-hour notice if you will be bringing a boat and needing to use the boat lift. Trailers are not permitted elsewhere on the property and any trailers parked in the non-designated lot space may be towed.
The pool does have a heat pump system available, which works by pulling warm air outside to warm the pool (effective only at temperatures above 70 degrees. If the temperatures outside are below 70 degrees, it will have trouble heating.) If you would like to use the heat pump, we require 24-hour notice prior to arrival and there is an additional fee to heat the pool. Please inquire for pricing and function!
Guest Access
Guests will have access to the entire home, private pool, boat lift (Please let us know 72 hours in advance if you will be bringing a boat and needing the boat lift), boat ramp, and amenity center which includes a basketball / pickle ball court, neighborhood pool, and volleyball court.

This home is located on the Colorado arm of Lake LBJ in a gated community Legends, close to grocery stores, restaurants, and entertainment including Legend's Golf Course and local wineries!
Other Things To Note:
There are exterior security cameras at this property. There is a camera in the garage that is turned off during guest use and a camera on the back porch facing the pool.
Pet friendly! There is an additional fee to bring dogs and a max of 2 dogs per reservation with a max weight of 25lbs. All guests must have approval and submit a pet agreement form and copy of the vaccination records. Please ask us for more details on the pet fee.
PLEASE NOTE: There is construction going on from time to time in this neighborhood as it is a new development.
Additional Fees:
There is an additional fee to heat the pool. $100 initial heating and $50 daily after that. We do require 24 notices prior to reservation to heat the pool.
This pool uses a heat pump. Heat pumps capture heat from the surrounding air to heat the pool water. The pumps are designed to raise the temperature of a pool up to the ideal swimming range, between 78 – 82 degrees Fahrenheit and can take between 24-72 hours to reach max temperature.
In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.
As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.
The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.
The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.
Community Amenity Center is open seasonally from May 1st to Oct 31st.
This neighborhood has Strict Quiet Hours from 10PM-8AM!
All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.
