The Crescent is a gulf-front property with a private stretch of white-sand beach, seasonal beach service, two outdoor pools (including one of the largest pools on the Gulf which is heated seasonally), a hot tub, and a gym for your morning workouts. It sits in the midst of restaurants, shops, and all sorts of entertainment, from the Silver Sands Premium Outlets to the Emerald Bay Golf Club.
The decor of this tranquil third-floor condo was inspired by the colors, creatures, and textures of the shore. There's a well-appointed open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Keurig and drip coffee makers, and wraparound counter space. Sit down to dine at the breakfast bar or at the table, and screen after-dinner movies on the TV in the living room while cozied up on the sectional. Two sets of sliding glass doors lead outside to the gulf-facing balcony, a lovely spot to relax in a lounge chair or sip cocktails at sunset. And with plenty of space on the furnished balcony, guests will love dining alfresco with the Gulf as the backdrop.
Each bedroom has a TV and the primary suite boasts an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub and direct access to the balcony.

THINGS TO KNOW
This complex is equipped with RDIF wristbands that must be worn by all guests 12 years old or older while on the property to use the shared amenities and beach access.
Golf cart rental and delivery is available nearby (public parking for golf carts is available in the overflow parking area).
Complimentary beach service is provided March-October. This includes 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella set up on the beach.
A DVD rental machine is located onsite and is free for guest use.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 3.
Security camera details: There are security cameras in the lobby area facing all entrances and exits, there is also a security camera facing the pool deck. There are no surveillance cameras facing the unit or inside the condo.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
