Amazing River and mountain views. This cabin is located in the private gated community of Flowing Springs and sits on 225ft of river front property. Yes, your own private access to the East Verde River steps from your back door! 2 bedroom, 1 bath + loft, sleeps 6. This cabin sits on one acre so you can enjoy the views or just a short walk down & across a river bed for public stocked trout fishing, swimming or enjoy a nature hike. This cabin really has a secluded feel but with a close 15 minute drive to the amenities of Payson, you really can have it all! ***Summer months we have a swamp cooler, cabin gets a little warm during the day but cools down nice at night***No cell phone service once you get outside of the town of Payson. We put our mobile phones to wifi calling while at the cabin***No cable TV only internet***Dog crate/kennel in shed outside, okay to use in cabin. No camp fires allowed. Max 2 ATV/side by side vehicles allowed. Owner is licensed AZ Realtor.

Ultimate Cabin getaway

You wont find a cleaner cabin , the remodel is beautiful. My kids loved being able to walk to the river -it’s a few steps away. We had the fireplace going and it was definitely cozy. The kitchen is fully functional and I cooked our small thanksgiving meal in the oven. We were able to watch sports with our Hulu log in. The beds and bedding are so comfortable and the towels are plush. The cabin is 15 minutes from Walmart but we also found a little market center . A local couple recommended peach basalmic vinegar + garlic olive oil from Payson olive oil. We bought fresh bread in the same shop to dip - must try! So good! I’ve already shared the listing with friends and family- it’s a hidden gem and we feel lucky we found it.

Wonderful private location

Loved the private setting with creek nearby. The cabin felt brand new-completely restored. The furniture seemed brand new as well!! Absolutely loved the space my our group of 4 plus a dog

Nice location

Very nice property, our dogs had so much fun running around. The only suggestion would be to make an easier path to get to the creek.

Relaxing quiet getaway

The cabin was quiet and out in a nice quiet area. With the recent rains accessing the property was a little tricky but definitely worth it. Everything was clean and the surroundings were so peaceful. A short walk down to the river and the dogs had plenty of space to play. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect little getaway!

This cabin was perfect for our family of 5 and 2 dogs. The dog door and run were super convenient! Our kids loved playing down by the river and catching crawdads. Beds were comfy. We were there during the hot season. The swamp cooler did a pretty good job keeping up. Be sure to close windows during the day and keep the bedroom doors open. Everything was new, fresh, and clean. Loved it and will be back!
