Blue Sky on Lake Norman is a spacious pet-friendly lake front home on a sprawling lot with pool and a sandy beach. The home features four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms with space throughout to unwind, relax and play!

With big water views, this newly listed luxury vacation rental has been meticulously curated for relaxation and family fun! With no less than a dozen individual seating and gathering areas in and around this home, you will find plenty of space for your group, or multiple families without ever feeling crowded.

If you want to play, we've definitely got you covered! Enjoy a paddle in one of four kayaks or try out the stand up paddle board, all free for you to enjoy. Shoot a game of pool, play foosball or throw darts in the game room. If you're looking for more activities, there are workout machines, corn hole boards and bicycles at your disposal.

If relaxation is the goal, grab a book and beach chair and head down the beach. Float in the pool or enjoy the hot tub with a beautiful lake view!

Inside, the open dining and living rooms make this space a great place to eat, watch a movie, work on a puzzle or play board games. The second living room on the mail level features a working fireplace, smart tv and cozy sectional couch.

A wrap around screened porch offers elevated lake views and is a great respite from the mid-day sun and offers bug-free breezes, comfortable seating and outdoor dining.

Shopping and dining options abound within 5-15 minutes of this property. You will have passed Langtree Lake Norman on your way to the house. This mixed-use development features multiple dining and shopping options as well as live music every Thursday night with their outdoor summer concert series.

Awesome Spring Break Location!!

We had a great time at this property! The pool, hot tub and lake were fabulous! We had a wide age range of family from 9years to 70 and everyone had a blast! Lots of space to hang out and also be together. Great restaurants and we loved adventuring to Lazy 5 Ranch to see all the animals! Highly recommend a stay here!!

Great house, great location

Our family had a wonderful time together at this lake house. The things we enjoyed the most were the hot tub and the pool table! The kitchen was stocked with just about anything you could need. The beds were comfortable and spacious overall. There was plenty of parking for cars and firewood was even provided for the fireplace, which we enjoyed one day as well. Overall, I would highly recommend this home.

Excellent home with amazing sunsets!

The home looked just like the photos with all the amenities advertised! Very clean with amazing sunset views of the lake. Minor issue with trash cans that I only share to demonstrate that the manager was super responsive and fixed immediately. Thanks for a wonderful New Year’s stay.

It was a perfect vacation

It was so clean, everything we could want or need was there! I can’t wait to go back! My family has been visiting every Thanksgiving for 5 years. This has been our favorite home to stay in when we visit Lake Norman! One of our kids even caught. 30ish lb catfish! Highly recommend this lovely home.

Blue Sky is a Blue Bird!

Great house for a family vacation on the lake. Wonderful location, big back yard, dogs loved it, kids loved, we loved it. The house has a lot of different spaces to congregate which makes it good for a multi family vacation spot.

Family Summer Fun

The property was incredibly clean and had everything you could ask for to enjoy your visit. Location is perfect and close to shopping, restaurants and more. Sunsets on the lake were perfect and having the dock made it so nice for renting a boat. Paul was super helpful and took care of all our requests quickly. Highly recommend!

This house and property are immaculate, the pictures do not do it justice. It is one of the best pet friendly Lake Norman rentals we've ever stayed at. The numerous, very comfortable outdoor seating areas in the sun and shade including two huge umbrellas at the pool, the huge wrap around screened in porch and the sandy beach were some of our favorite things! There were even fresh flowers on the table to welcome us. The expansive lake view and sunsets from the dock were not to be missed. The attention to detail in this home is superb and we can not recommend it highly enough. And many thanks to Paul, our property manager who answered every question and made the check in and check out very easy.

Family Vacation

This our second year staying at this home. The home and the location are perfect! We love our time spent on the lake with our kids. The addition of the hot tub and new outdoor furniture was a plus! Wonderful experience

The location is phenomenal. Host is great. Pool, spa, dock, and beach area were a hit for kids and adults. We rented a boat from 77 watersports that was a 5 min boat ride. 10/10 would stay again.

Fantastic Stay

This home is fantastic. The location on the lake is perfect. The home has been updated, as it was maybe built in the 1980's. It is decorated beautifully. The home is very clean, there were plenty of towels available and the beds were all very comfortable. The owner has thought of everything. The propane was almost out in the grill so I texted Paul, the property manager, and he came over right away with a new one. He was very friendly to work with. We are already talking about booking again.

Blue Sky Has Everything Needed for a Relaxing Vacation!

Our group of nine women enjoyed our stay at Blue Sky very much. It was very clean, well-stocked and everyone slept well in the 4 bedrooms. There is plenty of seating everywhere both inside and outside. We enjoyed the screened porch everyday. We found everything in good condition and nicely decorated. It's in a quiet cove with a sandy beach, a covered pier, a fire pit, a pool and a new hot tub. It's in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. A lower level bathroom and game room are conveniently accessible from the large backyard. A large primary bedroom and beautifully updated bath are on the first floor as well as a laundry room/bathroom combo. There's plenty of parking. It's convenient to downtown Charlotte which we visited for a stadium concert. The manager, Paul, was very helpful and responsive. We would stay here again!

What a fantastic property!! Our family of 12 visited Mooresville for a week while attending a wedding. This home had absolutely everything we could have possibly needed- bedrooms, sleeping areas, 3 full baths, pool, hot tub, lake, dock, kayaks, plenty of space to eat together inside and out, screen porch, game room, gym area. The kitchen was full equipped with everything you could possibly need. The host was excellent and offered quick responses and recommendations! We hated to leave!! Saving and sharing this home with family and friends for future visits!! Thanks for a great vacation and we’ll definitely revisit next time when visiting NC!

Wonderful lake house

This house and all the toys and amenities was perfect for our family reunion. We try a new place and house every year and this was by far one of the best ones we’ve enjoyed. The house is well equipped both for rainy days and for enjoying the lake and the pool during good weather. Plus the area around Lake Norman has many fun activities and great shopping in nearby towns. We will be back!

This lake home has so much going for it. Not the least of which is its location and lot. Located less then 10 minutes off Highway 77, you'll find yourself at the end of a peninsula looking at big water views. The grounds of this property are amazing as well. The lush flat front lawn is ideal for football, soccer or whiffle ball.

The back yard features the kidney shaped in-ground pool and patio. Another long stretch of flat lawn leads to the beach. Next to the back lawn is a beautifully designed natural area with palm trees, grasses, sand stones and a fire pit.

Sandy beaches are a rarity on Lake Norman, but this property has a beauty. With a gentle slope into the water, children and dogs alike can easily wade into the lake for a swim.
