This renovated 2 bed 2 bath condo in Atlantic City North Beach area is ready for you and the family. This is a No Smoking Condo. This unit features a private deck, fully equipped kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, dining area, free wi fi central air, outdoor pool and the list goes on! Located by Showboat and its indoor amusement center-with go carts and across the street is Island Water Park. We are a couple of blocks from the Hard Rock. One block from the amazing beach, boardwalk,restaurants,Steel Pier, Island park waterpark and close to the Aquarium. Amenities include 1 free parking space. All bedrooms have bathrooms on suite and brand new carpeting. Bedroom1has a queen bed and bedroom 2 has 2 full size beds. In the kitchen, you will find a refrigerator, microwave, stackable washer and dryer, dishwasher and electric range. Covered outside porch with 2 chairs and a table and a large living room with 55 in TV, 2 couches, chairs and dining set. Central air, WIFI, security camera and 1 assigned parking space . There are steps to condo and in condo to bedroom level . All bedrooms have smart TV's. New Island Water Park-100,000 sq foot indoor outdoor water park located across the street. Small dogs (under 20 lbs ) may be allowed but Atlantic City requires that they be licensed.

Perfect short stay!

The place was exactly as advertised. Communication with owner was excellent. I’ve stayed at several casinos on the strip but this was a way better experience. Easy parking, secure, close to everything! We stayed for a cheer competition family of three. Only thing I’d comment on is the heat upstairs works really well. Only thing missing was a fan!

Hidden Gem

Cozy property, one short block from Ocean Casino. So much nicer to drive up to the property then trudging through a casino and not worry about parking decks. Few minutes walk to the board walk and the Atlantic Ocean. Condo was clean and has all the amenities you need. Bedrooms were nice and toasty on a cold winter day. Nice to have 2 bathrooms with good showers. Owners are very responsive. They went out of their way to help me with a personal problem. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Great for family vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at this rental! It was clean and appealing, fit our family of 6, had all the amenities we needed, and was walking distance from the boardwalk. The host was very kind and easy to communicate with and made the process very easy for me since it was my first time using VRBO.

Perfect location and spacious!

This property is located near the beach, boardwalk and waterpark which made it easy for walking to experiences. The condo is very spacious and made it great for hanging out together. The outside of the condo complex needs a bit of work which is what keeps this from a 5 star rating. The Pool was a surprise and was nice to take a dip after the beach. The shower doors need fixing and the place could benefit from some upgraded pots and pans, but overall great place that I would recommend

Vacances en famille

Le condo est vraiment propre et parfait! Tout y est pour un séjour en famille. La cuisine est bien équipée, la climatisation est très appréciée, les chambres sont munies d’une salle de bain privée, les lits sont très confortables. Il y a une piscine bien située et très propre. Pour bien profiter des attractions d’Atlantic City tels que la plage, les casinos, le Boardwalk et les Tanger outlets, l’emplacement est parfait! Pratiquement tout se fait à pieds. Je suggère toutefois de faire les courses un peu plus loin car les commerces tout près ne font pas partie des plus beaux quartiers. Nous avons fait 15 minutes de voiture et avons trouvé une épicerie et un liquor store parfaits. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour et recommandons cet endroit!

We enjoyed our stay but the main bedroom had a very small bed compared to the room. A bigger bed would be better. The other thing is that 3 of our phones automatically connected to the Wi-Fi but we couldn’t get any of our tablets or the kids tablets to connect. The water was really cold in the shower, it was like the hot water tank was not turned up.

Clean and comfortable as advertised

I was in town for my 2 daughters' dance competiton. This property was located right down the block from the OCEAN resort/casino. Easily accessible to the boardwalk. I don't recommend walking around at night as it doesn't seem safe. My overall experience was great. This property was awesome, kids loved it, and we had our family dog with us. I'd stay here again.

Girls getaway

The condo was clean, cozy and in a great location. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, paper towels, coffee and silverware. The checkin process was seamless as the door lock app was sent to me early in the week of arrival. The owners were very responsive. We had an issue with the bed and the handyman was out the next day. These are the only things that would have improved our stay: 1 all guests had access to the smart lock app 2. the shower faucet in the 2 bed room was hard to turn on 3. The description of the property should include the unit is on the 2nd floor/ a flight of stairs before you get to it. If you are a heavy packer like me this info would be useful before you arrive.

Daughter's birthday trip

The location was perfect, since our main reason was to go to the water park at the Showboat Casino. The apartment was nice and clean and fully equipped with everything you need. It was very easy to access the property and the host responds almost immediately to any request or issues you may have. I'll definitely recommend.

Amazing

The location was perfect. The property was cozy but not small. The homeowners provided all of the essentials from Linens and cleaning products to pots and pans... They even had soap and shampoo in the showers! It was super easy to book the property and even easier to maintain an open door of communication between the homeowner and I during the debacle my family and I faced on our day of checkout. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone and in the future I hope to return!

A very quick walk to the beach, condo was very clean, nicely stocked, freshly decorated! The building isn’t a tall sky rise but for the price it’s really a great location, close to everything! Host was amazing very prompt responses and helpful throughout our stay!

They tried

The property owners were very kind and forthright with all instructions however the location and condo itself was not. Yes the property is one block from the beach however this is downtown Atlantic City and not safe at all. The condo was cleaned however there were areas that were not tended to by the cleaners. Broken chips on the stairs and showers had mold and visible signs of previous guests. The beds were comfortable as were the linens but the sitting areas were not accommodating to the number of guests permitted to stay. Parking is horrendous! Condo owners in the building are extremely rude to the guests as to I can only guess they do not like having short term rentals in their building. Also having several adults with us the door locking situation was extremely inconvenient. There really should have been an option for more than one guest to be able to unlock the door. Due to the neighborhood and our feeling unsafe we ended up vacating 2 days early. This is not the owners fault it is the area. I can only hope one day our beautiful state goes back to normal.

Great location

Overall we were happy with the location and the beds in the bedrooms were comfy! We had an issue with the air conditioning but the owners were right on it and had a back up plan. I would say that from the pictures that I couldn’t tell the bedrooms were up a flight of stairs and the property was on the second level. So if stairs are an issue just know that going in as the bathrooms were upstairs. We planned on cooking a lot since we had teenagers with us. Not enough pots and pans but could make due. We were told there were spatulas and such in a drawer but we did not find them there or at all. The sofa bed is a futon so it wasn’t very comfortable to sit on or sleep on. So if you plan on cooking, just know that. Overall, great location, comfy beds, great communication with the owners. So if you don’t plan on cooking, or spending a ton of time at the place and don’t mind stairs, I would highly recommend this place! Couldn’t beat the location! It was windy and rainy when we were there, hence spending a lot of time inside, otherwise, I would have anything bad to say:-)
