This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home sleeps up to 13 guests and is within minutes of world class skiing, hiking, mountain biking, boating, fishing, and fine dining. This freshly appointed home is perfect for your family or group vacation.

The home 's 3 story layout has 3 bedrooms a laundry room and 2 full bathrooms upstairs. The main floor consists of the main living area, kitchen, balcony, half bathroom, and garage access. The lower level contains a bedroom, bonus/living room, kitchenette, and full bathroom with access to the downstairs patio area.

Upstairs:

The large master suite includes a king bed (sleeps 2), vaulted ceilings, large walk in closet, 50" flat screen tv, en suite luxurious extra large soaking tub, dual sink vanity, and walk in shower/water closet.

The second upstairs bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2), large closet, and a 50" flat screen tv.

The third upstairs bedroom has a full sized bunk bed with twin sized trundle (sleeps 5), large closet, and a 43" flat screen tv.

The laundry room is also upstairs next to the master bedroom.

The upstairs full bathroom has a shower/tub combo with premium toiletries.

Main floor:

The entry way has a seating area to remove and store shoes as well as a half bath.

The well equipped kitchen is stocked with cooking tools, pots & pans, baking dishes and spices. There is a 4 slice toaster, N'espresso, and Keurig split cup/drip coffee maker. The refrigerator, microwave, oven and dishwasher are all stainless steel. The stove is electric.

The living room was furnished with comfort in mind with seating for 10, a gas fireplace to provide heat and ambiance, as well as a 65" flat screen tv. The vaulted ceilings and large windows provide ample light as well as incredible views.

The dining area seats 6 at the dining table plus an additional 2 at the kitchen island. The doors in the dining room open to a 4 seat deck with amazing views of the surrounding mountains.

There is a large pantry by the garage door entrance to store food. The closet to the right of the refrigerator is for owner storage and is not accessible to guests.

Downstairs:

The downstairs has a large bonus/living room with a NO BAR queen sized pull out sleeper sofa (sleeps 2) with a memory foam mattress. Most comfortable pull out bed ever! Also downstairs is a huge 75" flat screen tv and loads of games for your entertainment.

The kitchenette has a mini fridge, cook top, storage, and a sink. The cozy downstairs bedroom has a queen sized bed (sleeps 2) and access to the downstairs patio area.

The full bathroom has a tub/shower combo with premium bath products.

All bedding is of high quality 400 thread count cotton. Bath towels are large and high quality cotton.

The space provides separation of guests between floors when needed as well as enough space for people to interact as a group.

There is a club house about a block away (5 minute walk) from the house that has a seasonal outdoor pool area, out door grills, pool table, ping pong table, gym and huge movie theater. Access is via key card and guests are required to follow all posted rules. Guest responsible for replacing key card if lost.
