The Space:
Enter into this lovely home and find yourself in its fabulous, open-concept floor plan. The living/kitchen/dining areas are connected to allow for easy movement and socializing no matter your activity of choice. Two benches greet you upon entry, making it easy to unload your gear and settle into your home away from home.

The inviting living area features ample space for relaxation with two seating areas. A loveseat with two ottomans faces the wood-burning fireplace creating a cozy zone for kicking back and warming up by the fire after a day of fun. Nearby, a plush and roomy couch, leather recliner, and a rustic coffee table surround a large, flat-screen smart TV so you can take in a favorite movie or show.

Just off of the living area, you will find the gorgeous, updated kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stylish backsplash, pendant lighting, and a large island with bar seating for three. The chef in your group will be delighted by the modern and sophisticated finishes and close proximity of the kitchen to the living and dining areas, allowing you to stay in the center of it all even as you whip up a meal or snack.

A charming dining area is just off of the kitchen for easy serving and seats four with room to spare. Close to the kitchen for easy serving/dining, it’s also ideal for setting up a favorite game or taking on a puzzle. A full bathroom conveniently located off of the living/dining area boasts a single-sink vanity, shower/tub combo, and a stacked washer/dryer so you can clean up in more ways than one.

When it’s time to drift off for a night of rest, you will find two comfortable bedrooms awaiting. The main bedroom off of the entry/living area features a king-size bed, dresser, flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom geared toward your comfort. The full bathroom attached to this room has a single-sink vanity and a walk-in shower. A second bedroom off of the kitchen and living area makes the most of its space with a full-over-twin bed, a second, separate twin bed, nightstand, lamp, dresser, and a shelf full of games and books making for a fun space for kids or teens.

Guests will have access to the entire home as well as two parking spaces in the outdoor parking lot.

Located in the Wildernest neighborhood of Silverthorne, this lovely home places you in the midst of beautiful vistas and myriad recreational opportunities. Hike from the Lily Pad Lake and Salt Lick Trailheads, head to Rainbow Park or hit the slopes in less than 20 minutes at nearby Keystone Resort. You're also less than 10 minutes from Silverthorne, where you can shop the Outlets at Silverthorne, dine at a local eatery, or take in a performance by the Lake Dillon Theatre Company.

Getting Around:
This home places you within 10 minutes drive of Silverthorne, with its myriad dining, shopping, and recreation options. Hiking trails are less than five minutes away and you can be on the slopes in under 20 minutes due to the close proximity of Keystone Resort. You are also just steps from the Sundance Bus Stop of the FREE Summit Stage bus' Wildernest Loop route that connects you to Silverthorne Station. From there, you can explore all of this fabulous mountain area, including neighboring Dillon and Frisco. Uber/Lyft are also always available.

• No parties or events
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
