Open floor plan with tons of natural light. Great neighborhood walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, Parks, etc.

Kitchen: high-end European style kitchen, everything is brand new including kitchen appliances AC, Water/Ice Fridge, electric cooktop, Microwave/oven with air fryer function included, Instant Pot Solo 2-in-1 Single Serve Coffee Maker for Ground Coffee, K-Cup Pod Compatible Coffee Brewer, grill, ninja blender, and much more appliances. pot, Pans, Dishes, and Silverware are included as well.

We love open-concept homes as you will see the Living area, kitchen and dining room are connected to create a spacious atmosphere that is warm, inviting, comfortable and great for entertaining. Including a brand new 60" smart TV. The unit is on top of the hill which allows having a great view of the downtown area and a lot of natural light thru the windows.

2 Brand new Queen beds with 14” cooling foam mattress, each room has a live edge floating desk designed by Baru Decor and a ceiling fan to bring more freshness. We include towels, beach towels, extra pillows, and blankets, an iron, an ironing board,

2 full baths - each one has a walking shower, recessed lighting, and a led dimmable mirror to provide a relaxing bath with the combination of concrete tile and wood to make the space warmer.

The whole unit has a hardwood floor. We have an AC for the kitchen/living room area and a heater in each room.

This unit has been fully remodeled and designed by ourselves (find us as Baru Decor on IG)

Condo spacieux de l autre côté de l'autoroute 5. Superbe vue du centre ville car nous sommes sur une côte. Machine a café style Keurig. Café, savon pour lave vaisselle et pour la laveuse disponible. Il est facile de marcher aux points touristiques en 45 minutes. Épicerie Albertson a 30 minutes a pieds coin 14e st.

Perfectly Located for Our Plans
We chose this VRBO because it was situated close to the Zoo and Balboa Park museums. It was just right for the three of us (my teen appreciated having their own room). The neighborhood was quiet. The kitchen was stocked with enough dishes and cutlery, etc. The only challenge we faced was the parking space -- if you drive a mid-size SUV (such as a Honda Pilot) even parking perfectly between the lines was tight enough that we had to crawl through the vehicle to get in. We did that once -- and parked on the street the rest of our stay. This is not the fault of the owner -- it's just the way the parking lot is distributed. Space is a premium in downtown neighborhoods. We would definitely stay here again! There was so much to see and do, we didn't get it all this visit.

This property was great! The appliances and furniture were modern and very aesthetic. The place was clean and very easy to access. The location was also perfect for us—pretty much 10 minutes from everything! Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Great Stay!
Great stay at a great price! This property is located in Golden Hill - quiet neighborhood and a gem within it. All the furniture and furnishings were great and you can tell the owners really care about this location. The communication with the host was fantastic. They made traveling with our 1+year old an ease - provided a high chair and a pack n play. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful Property, Great Location
Great location in Golden Hill. Super easy access to downtown, freeways (5, 94, 163), Balboa Park, and other metro area communities (South Park, North Park, Bankers Hill, Hillcrest, etc). Community felt secure with keypad entry and gated parking. Influx Cafe is super close for coffee and breakfast. There are restaurants and bars further up the hill, but still walkable. Golden Hill Park is only a few blocks walk to the northeast and is nice for a walk, run, or picnic. We took our two kids their and they enjoyed exploring under the giant fig trees. Recently remodeled unit with well thought out details. Kitchen has cooking and dining supplies if you are one to cook during your stay. No oven, but this didn't bother us. We did cook a lot on the stove. Bathrooms and their showers are really nice. Beautiful custom wood work tables. There is a wall AC unit in the front room by the kitchen. It can be a little noisy when it is running full blast if you're standing near it or in the living room, but it didn't bother us while sleeping. The bedrooms are on the opposite side of the unit from the wall AC unit. AC was absolutely necessary while we were staying during the summer. You can also open the windows and get a cross breeze through the unit. Owners were very responsive and accommodating to us during our stay. Answered any questions we had quickly by text. We had no issues during our stay.
