Recently renovated - this is the perfect home base for whatever brings you to Pensacola. Located in a safe and convenient neighborhood, guests are walking distance to a local grocery store, coffee shop, restaurants, parks, and water access at Bayou Texar. It is only a short drive to the airport, shopping, downtown, and the beach. There is also ample parking for you and your guests in a large unfenced yard.
The space
Originally built in 1928, we did our best to stay true to the style and history of the location with a modern twist during the recent renovation. As much as possible, we used the existing building materials to keep the original charm of the home. The wood floors, tongue-and-groove siding in the kitchen, and (non-working) fireplace have been refinished.

Guest access
Park vehicles parallel or perpendicular to the road and do not drive over the water access (marked with a flag). Access to the property is also available via an alley way on the north side. Do not park in the alley though, some neighbors use it as main access to their property.
Other things to note
More pets, or longer stays, may be allowed at an additional fee - just let us know the details. The yard is not fenced and pets must remain under the owner's control at all times. Any urine or pet feces inside or other pet damage will result in a fine of $500.
Basic cooking equipment and place settings for 6. If you are not interested in washing and reusing dishes, you may want to bring some recyclable paper plates and silverware.
