Great Location

This location is superb! I did spend an hour with a broom removing cobwebs & nat nests from the walls & furniture on the deck, but it is an outdoor deck….loved the kids pool & private dock.

Great Family Condo

This was our second stay in this condo by the Lake. We love the proximity to downtown Sandpoint and the convenience of having our boat right on the property. The condo is clean and spacious and the property is wonderful with the pools and other amenities. We would highly recommend staying here.

Great view

Our stay was great for a family reunion. The upper rooms were warm due to the summer temperatures but the surroundings and pool were wonderful. Also closeness to the downtown area was great.

Family celebration

The condo was wonderful, and the location excellent. We floated on the lake right off the property. The two pools were an extra bonus for the smaller boys. You can walk to downtown and the city beach. We would definitely look at staying here again as our whole family loved it!

Good Location for a Family Weekend in Sandpoint!

We came to Sandpoint for a birthday celebration with family coming from a few different areas of the PNW. The accommodations were big enough to house 4 couples, 2 young kids and a newborn with lots of room to spread out. Kitchen was well-stocked for the couple of meals we cooked. Shops and restaurants were within reasonable walking distance. A couple of teenage deer and some goslings visited during our stay making it even more memorable!

Great Getaway

This was a great getaway location for our moms! The only frustrating thing was that the fireplace we couldn’t figure out and the extra toilet paper was locked up and we had to run to the store for an urgent need, but other than that the location was great, the owner replied quickly, and we were able to get away and spend time with friends in a cozy bnb, with great beds, and go home refreshed. Def recommended, and would come back! (There are a lot of stairs to enter the front door if anyone has trouble with that, just a heads up.)

perfect location & lots of space

We were in town for a charity bike ride starting from City Beach, and this place was the ideal home base. I think we used every bed, and the balcony was perfect bike storage! The kids loved the heated pools and having so many beach towels on hand was great. We hosted dinner for 18 and there was even plenty of seating and dishes for everyone. The only drawback was the kitchen - there is no disposal and the sink drain was draining quite slowly during our visit, so hopefully that will be addressed. Kitchen is pretty well stocked (and the bottled water upon arrival was a nice touch!), but we would have appreciated a salad spinner, ice cream scoop, and a wine key!

Comfortable and Accommodating

Our family stayed here for the weekend of my daughter's wedding. I made a last minute change to my reservation which was easily accomodated. The house was clean, stylishly decorated and roomy enough for 3 couples and a few braidsmaids as well. It was lovely to start each day sitting by the fire with a cup of coffee, watching the sunrise over the hills and lake.

As most parents know, traveling with small children is never easy, and we have always preferred the space, convenience, and "hominess" of a vacation rental over the tight quarters of a hotel. Having lived all over the world, we decided to settle in the Coeur D'Alene area because it is a one-of-a-kind town with all of the natural evergreen beauty of the American northwest.
