Was ok - could be excellent - needs some TLC

The house was nice. BUT it could be excellent if they put a little TLC into it. There were minimal towels and bedding. No dressers or shelves in the closets to put our clothes. If it didn't hang, it had to stay in the suitcase. The pool was nice, but it should be heated even if just for the cooler winter months only. We could have also used a pool skimmer (there wasn't one), to skim it each morning (we made our own). No pool floats or blow-ups, cooler or pool loungers to use in the pool area. The fridge had no door shelves and the ice maker wouldn't dispense ice, but was making ice at least, so that was ok. There is no TV in the living room area for family/friend time (only in the bedrooms). The décor is bare-bones. Not even as much as a picture on the wall. Window treatments also say a lot about a place, some windows had none. They could use a new cleaning company. We, for sure, left it cleaner than it was when we arrived. Our host was very responsive and very nice to work with, but it would have been nice to have a book with a list of "things to do in the area", restaurants, beaches, etc., nothing for us to reference. Our host did tell us we could contact him if we wanted any suggestions, but we didn't - Google worked. Again, with a little TLC and a few amenities this house would be excellent, as is, it's fair. Our stay was for 2 weeks with 4 adults. Overall we had a good time and nice weather.

Good House, Good Location

This house met our needs for a weekend getaway. Kitchen is a nice size, comfortable living space and nice outside space with pool! Sadly weather didn't allow us to actually go into pool but we enjoyed spending time in outside area. The house has some supplies provided, but was not as fully stocked as other houses I have stayed in (ex: only about 5 garbage bags were provided) I didn't have a lot of communication with host, which was ok, but there weren't any clear check in or check out instructions provided. We only got code to house an hour before check-in when I messaged to ask because had not yet received it. But he was quick to reply to messages when sent. House is in nice area, short drive to beach and lots of stores. All in all we did enjoy our time here and would recommend.

This house met all of our needs.

Almost everything we needed was here. The pool was awesome. There could have been dressers in each room though, instead of having to live out of our suitcases.

My partner and I where really satisfied with property. It was clean and it was homey for a nice vacation I wish could’ve stayed longer and the manager was really cooperative with responding
