This 22nd floor high rise, complete with a private lake-view balcony offers exclusive access to amazing amenities like a state-of-the-art fitness center and resort-style rooftop pool. Convenient to everything, and located in the popular Rainey Street Historic District, you are just steps from Lady Bird Lake and the city’s top nightlife and dining destinations. Known for its charming bungalows that have been renovated as laidback bars, the Live Music Capital of the World is at your doorstep, and downtown hotspots are just an elevator ride away!
*Special check-in procedure required due to building and HOA policy. Our concierge service will meet you at the building to give you your keys. Our check-in time is from 3:00 pm-9:00 pm. We do not allow early check-ins or late check-outs. We do offer a later check-in from 9:00-midnight for an additional fee. The first floor lobby and coffee bar/lounge provides a gathering place for collaborative workspace or a trendy venue for friends to mingle. Guests are also able to rent the 33rd floor club house that has a kitchen, large screen TV and multiple seating configurations.
The 10th-floor has a state-of-the-art indoor fitness center with private Peloton studios, outdoor fitness lawn, a gated dog park, and yoga studio.
