Our apartment is very spacious! Almost 1600 square feet of space to spread out in. We are close to the beach and the Homer Spit, where you can enjoy fishing, shopping, and local eateries. We are within walking distance to 2 breweries and across the street from the farmer's market.

Upper Apartment in Homer

The apartment was very nice and clean. Had more than enough room and used the kitchen for many meals. The bed was very comfortable We loved the location. Easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. The best part was the huge windows and the views! Enjoyed several sunsets Highly recommend this place!!

Overall everything was fine. A bit on the Spartan side but we did okay. As to the shower, it is a bit slick and could use handrails. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks

Comfortable and spacious

Very comfortable and well stocked apartment. The beds were very comfortable. The place was spotless and kitchen was well stocked. The apartment and neighborhood was missing a bit of charm but was perfect for our needs. Close to the spit.

Great hosts and large apartment!

We really enjoyed our stay in this very clean and spacious and well appointed apartment. The hosts were very accommodating and the check in and out process was a breeze! The large parking area was perfect for our needs and we enjoyed short walks to local restaurants, a brewery and a meadery. I would stay again when visiting Homer!

Awesome time in Homer

Lovely apartment in a great location! Lots of extras with coffee and snacks. Beds were very comfortable and the apartment was very clean!!

Homer King Derby

This location is amazing. The parking is great even with a big boat. Very clean and great host. We have stayed here 2 years in a row. Both times were great.very large rooms with comfortable beds and nice couch to watch tv. Awesome windows to see everything and to watch the boat in the parking lot.

We had a wonderful, stay despite some initial snafus. The owners responded quickly to our concerns and the issues were resolved to our satisfaction. The location was wonderful and the unit itself was very spacious and beautiful. We had everything we needed for our stay. We would gladly stay here again and really appreciated the attentiveness of the owners.

This was a great unit—the bedrooms were spacious, as was the living area, and the kitchen and bathroom were well-stocked with everything you’d need to enjoy your stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Quite quaint

This space is just as advertised- roomy, clean, and comfy. The two bedrooms are spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Even though this unit is not on the coast line it’s in a very convenient location and we did get great sunsets out the big windows. The host, Sharon, was responsive and I would definitely stay there again.

Great place

This is a nice, basic place to stay. Very clean with all the things you might need. The host was amazing and fast to respond. The location is great as it’s close to the Spit and not far from the downtown area. However you can hear road noise and floatplanes taking off, so bring earplugs.

Nice open floor plan with comfy beds

We really enjoyed our stay here and appreciated the little extras like bottled water and some snacks. We also liked how well stocked the kitchen was for cooking our meals. The only thing we could think about to improve on would be adding a taller toilet as that seemed to be the only thing not newly replaced. I would highly recommend staying here.

Large in town location

The unit was spacious and clean. This was not our first choice as our prior rental was cancelled on us. We were able to get into this one and were relieved when we did. The unit is over the top of a business but over the weekend no one was there. It is well stocked and the water/gift basket was a nice touch. Beds were comfortable and the shower hot. We used the washer and dryer and it performed as expected. Homer is pretty small so things were close by. The unit has everything needed for easy stay in Homer.

Wonderful Rental

This was one of the best VRBO rentals I've had the pleasure of staying at. From the booking to the exit it couldn't have been a smoother transaction. Very spacious and very CLEAN. Sharon had water and snacks waiting for us. There were plenty of towels and wash cloths, soap and dryer sheets for laundry, paper towels and toilet paper were provided. We really didn't want for anything. One night we were visited by two Moose snacking in the parking lot and there were a few Sandhill Cranes putting on a show. The Farmers Market is directly across the street, which would be perfect during the summer. We definitely joyed our stay and will stay here again on our next trip.
