Pool's Paradise ist ein kürzlich renoviertes Haus mit vier Schlafzimmern und Unterkünften für 14 Personen, das zur Entspannung in der beliebten Gemeinde Seacrest Beach am schönen Highway 30A gedacht ist. Zu den luxuriösen Details gehören 10-Zoll-Decken, Fliesen- und Holzböden im gesamten Gebäude, große Schränke, Designermöbel und neue bequeme Matratzen auf allen Kingsize-Betten.

Das Erdgeschoss König Schlafzimmer ist günstig, das Foyer, und verfügt über einen privaten Zugang zu einem charmanten Bad Hall mit Perle Bord Vertäfelungen und gefliesten Wanne / Dusche Alkoven. Der Wohnbereich auf der Rückseite des Hauses ermöglicht den einfachen Zugang zu den tiefen, überdachte Terrasse und Privatpool (gegen Gebühr beheizt), mit Grünflächen Blick darüber hinaus. Es gibt eine Außendusche für schnelle, bequeme Spülen vor oder nach der mit dem privaten Pool. Genießen Sie Filme auf dem riesigen 55-Zoll-Flachbild-HD-TV und kostenfreiem WLAN. Die geräumige Küche ist ein Gourmet-Genuss mit kundenspezifischen Schränke, Höfe von Arbeitsplatten aus Granit und Edelstahl Geräte. Am Teakholz-Tisch gibt es Platz für 8 Personen, an der Frühstücksbar für 3 weitere Personen sowie einen Tisch für 6-8 Personen am Pool.

Im Obergeschoss befinden sich 3 weitere Schlafzimmer, darunter ein geräumiges Master mit Kingsize-Bett und einen eigenen Zugang zu einem überdachten Balkon mit Blick auf den Pool. Seine luxuriöse Bad verfügt über eine große, geflieste Dusche und separater Whirlpool durch breite Waschtischen flankiert. Ein weiterer König Schlafzimmer ist auf dem Flur und bietet Zugang zum Balkon, sowie einen privaten Zugang zu einem großen Saal Bad mit gefliesten Dusche und Doppelwaschtisch. Die bunkroom hat einen Zwilling / full Etagen (mit Ausziehbett) und Zugang zum Balkon. Die Wendeltreppe führt zu einem Turmzimmer mit Full Size BunkBeds und eigenem Halbbad sowie einem Sonnenbalkon mit Blick auf das Dach.

Seacrest Beach berühmten Lagunen-Pool befindet sich nur 100 Meter von der Haustür, und grenzt an das Amphitheater, mit (saisonal) Live-Musik. Zu Fuß zum Strand über einen von Palmen gesäumten Pfad, oder rufen Sie die Straßenbahn für Haus-zu-Strand Liefer (saisonal).

Seacrest Beach liegt an der Timpoochee Trail, einem gepflasterten Fußgänger / Radweg entlang Highway 30-A läuft befindet; eine einfache halbe Meile Spaziergang oder eine Radtour in beiden Richtungen führt Sie zu ihren zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants Angebote. Reviewer Comments: There was some poor communication in regards to check in between reserving and getting into the place, so I was very nervous about how the stay would go, but the house was beautiful and the online photos didn’t even do it justice. The amount of beach available for guests was minimal but the house and staff communication during the stay was excellent. The house was lacking some kitchen items for cooking, but other than that we had so much space, the furniture was super comfy, and guests of the trip were asking for the link in case they wanted to come back in the future!

Staff is responsive to texts about issues or just general questions. The only issue we had was the outdoor gas fire pit was not functional even after they came out to change the propane tank and attempt to fix it.

Great house but beach access disappointing

The house was exactly as advertised. We loved the pool and it easily accommodated our three families with infants, toddlers and adults. The beach access was terrible and the community pool was closed 1-1/2 days of our stay.We ended up driving to a public beach. It would have been nice to know in advance about the beach access limitations. Management company was professional and responded quickly and checked in with us frequently.

we loved this beautiful beach rental! it was so comfortable and spacious! we enjoyed the pool so much! We all hated the beach experience and will never book in June high time season again- the beach was too small and crowded for the vast amount of people. Too bad the beach chair service company crowds out people that bring their own stuff. we were so annoyed and had to find other beaches.

A hidden gem in a great area!

It's like your own personal concierge. They even had baby equipment we could rent in advance that was waiting at the house for us when we arrived. Check in was easy, the house was immaculate and such a good location! Just a few things: for a house this nice, I was surprised there wasn't a better stove. Also, we often left the property through the back gate because it was a shorter walk that way. But, there is a stump you have to be really careful about and you could trip. I think they should remove that stump because it is a hazard.I also wish I had the ability to create my own door code to get in.Beds were super comfortable and sitting by the pool and firepit at night was really nice (although it worked, the firepit is cracked). Many great family memories made in this spectacular home. Close to everything and just a beautiful property. I'm a picky traveler. Stay here. You won't be disappointed.

This was definitely a huge disappointment. After a long 14 hour drive and unloading luggage, we arrive to the upstairs heater on 85. It was late at night and we couldn't get settled in until the AC cooled it down. Not good with 4 kids. The next morning we were welcomed by mold in the upstairs showers. Black mold!!!! Who would ever list a house to rent with this covering the floor of 2 bathrooms. I left a message and no one ever called me back. With 10 people staying, we stocked the fridge with food for the week only to come back from the beach with half of it frozen. The fridge is junk and you can't use half of it because your food will freeze. This place is a rip off and it's sad that the owners and property manager would stand behind it.

Our family had a great trip to 30a! This house was truly stunning. The heated pool truly made it- as we had some cooler nights. It is worth the extra money to heat the pool. The house is absolutely beautiful and not a bad walk to beach or to shops at Rosemary beach. The 3rd floor does have a steep spiral staircase- which is super cool- just be careful with small kids. I would recommend reading all the details on ensuring you check-in first, as you must check-in prior to get the wristbands. Because of Covid, some of the check/in procedures were different. We found out we couldn’t access beach without the wristbands. Also the Seacrest beach (the one you use) is VERY strict on what’s allowed at the beach/ no roller coolers/wagons etc. Overall the house amazing- the beach was ok this trip. The strict rules of the beach, rough current (post tropical storm surge) and crowded beach made the house’s pool all the better! Also recommend renting spots at beach for the days you go- if it is a popular day. Otherwise you are sitting on the last row. Love this house though- would stay again at this property!

Great property but amenities were not working!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful and spacious property. We were a total of 8 people- 4 kids and 4 adults and it was very comfortable. One of the main reasons we rented this property was because of the large private pool and paid additional for pool heat. With CoVID precautions our kids had not been to a pool all summer and this was going to be the highlight. And to our disappearance, the pool heat was not on . The heater was never on during our entire stay of 5 nights up until the last night. We contacted the property management company several times and we were either told that someone will look at it next morning or it was working as desired. The water was not even warm. Finally the maintenance guy who came on the evening before we left came over and said the heater has an auto timer which was not reset. He turned it on at 5.00 pm on the day before we left. But we could not use it as it would take several hours to warm up. We paid a huge price for this property but could not enjoy the biggest amenity we rented it for. I have called and expressed my disappointment with the company but I am yet to hear back from them. Will update my review based on their response.
